You know what? Joe deserves better. Ming neither affirms his relationship with Joe nor stops being jealous about him. Sol may have been a coward but he is back to being straight forward with Joe. I find it funny that you placed all his jealousy but not what Ming did each and every time he was jealous and how petty he was. When he saw Joe with that actress, he didn’t care that Joe was being a nice person, he didn’t even learn that Tong was being such a demanding a-hole on the filming set and it was easy to find out. He is someone full of himself so he couldn’t stop and think better. He was acting so sweetly with Tong, feeding him some cake right in front of Joe and he was behaving like that because he wanted Joe to see, he wanted to make him suffer (🚩) When Sol brought Joe home, even if Sol was interested in Joe, he was helping him as Joe was visibly drunk. But the man was acting as if Joe was the tree he could pee on like a dog being possessive and marking his territory and not only that, he placed the boy on the floor to sleep there, because he was jealous and then assumed Joe would have had $ex with Sol and he also hurt Joe, telling him, “What’s in you to make me jealous?” and when Joe apologized, Ming told him, “Don’t be full of yourself. You’re just a stand-in” (🚩) But the biggest 🚩 moment was after he learned about the things that Joe wanted and how he has dreamed of feeling at home, having someone waiting for him and basking in the moment of just smelling the food prepared for him. Then Ming gave him that and that was so cunning of him, as if he was being manipulative, as if he wanted to give Joe something to have the boy keep coming back for more. I can’t trust Ming because he is dealing with some issues and he wants to be busy with someone else and I don’t know how he’s “in love” with Tong (don’t need spoilers) but that situation is clearly affecting him. He’s attracted to Joe’s back and he’s adamantly taking the boy from behind. I mean, he’s such a red flag for now, so their past was anything but cute 🫠 But I do love that Ming is more natural around Joe, that Joe has a personality that he clearly likes as you can see Ming gently smiling because he can’t help it. And I know he’s gonna regret the way he treated Joe in the past and feeling that emotion without having Joe by his side, that’s gonna break him. You can go back to their elevator scene in the present and look at Ming’s eyes, they were void of emotions, he was clearly hurting ☹️ these two have so much chemistry already and they are playing their characters so well. They are fantastic together 💙

The first time I saw the trailer, I knew it would hurt. I never saw myself as someone who would love watching angst but here we are. The more edits I saw the more I knew it would hurt. By the time the switch happens and they see each other again, I really hope they show how Ming would grovel before Joe. Joe is such a delicate face and gentle person. It doesn't help that he looks like a lost and hurt puppy in front of Ming. I'm just wishing for a couple more episodes before I start watching it but it's on my list and I'm itching to watch it. Also, what do you mean by you're on hiatus? From what? The comments? Series? Or YT entirely? Because I always look for your comments and it won't be the same without you. Girl, we will miss you.

Oh? People could be so partial towards a character. Can't blame them if they defend Up (because, who wouldn't?) but Ming? 😂 Right now, I hurt for Joe. I've only seen snippets but I know I'm gonna love it. It's just that over time I've gotten more and more impatient waiting for new episodes. @@missstrange1029 I don’t know why KZread removes my comments, I’m trying to figure it out as I can leave the sweetest comment or reply and it would end up hidden. I watched the series again and what I did was saying that Joe has his fair share of blame and I wasn’t even justifying Ming or anything because I know he can be cunning, but the thing is that he hasn’t forced Joe in any way and Joe has been willing to be with him, that’s why I don’t like how people place all the blame in one character when we can see actions and hold people accountable as the adults they are. I remember how I was one of the people that wasn’t blaming everything on Boston (Only Friends) as many people did. I’m trying to see both perspectives and I know Ming is dealing with stuff and if you watch the series, he even told Joe he should have his first time with someone who would take him seriously, he isn’t sugarcoating things or acting as if he’s in love. Please, watch it and let me know what you think 🙏 I feel so sorry for Joe, though. He’s such a nice guy, a sweetheart 🥺

After so many days,now we can say it's a good series.... looking good from starting bcs story is good nd most importantly Their acting is good. Dang it. It only has two episodes as of now and I can't wait. I'm waiting for the accident to happen before I dive right in. I couldn't wait and I decided to read the novel and even though I know how this all ends, I still can't help but hurt for these two. Joe in the first half and Ming and Joe in the second half. It's so rare for me to find a book that grapples me in pain. 😆 The pain stemming from your heart and extends to your limbs. That's how much it hurt me. 😂 I can laugh it off now as I've finished reading the novel six hours ago and the ending is still fresh. But dang, I think I was 60 chapters in before I started feeling "normal." I can wait for a bit. Just a couple more episodes because I can't get used to waiting for weekly episodes. I've been a k/c/j-drama fan for almost a decade now and I should get used to waiting. I can't. 😂
