I was just about to buy the red sequin version (one came back into stock at Fendi), but as soon as you said that you bought the turquoise because you didn't think you'd ever be able to get the purple, I knew that's what I was doing with the red. So, I bought the purple new with tags on a resale site for $700 over the asking price. But that's far cheaper than if I'd bought the red version and then later the purple. Thanks for saving me from making a costly mistake. The purple bag IS the bag.

@@jessicayflores Im convinced that the bag was packaged damaged as well. There is nothing that could have damaged the stitching in the box and in shipping

Glad it can be repaired. Since they’re not making them anymore, ask if you can have a little bag of extra sequins just in case.

@@jessicayflores Yes, thank you! I was on the Fendi website in Canada and saw it was available for preorder. I have no idea why as I was told they weren’t going to be available any longer.🤷🏼‍♀️

I was able to get one too and saw that there was a loose stitching that is hanging by a very thin thread. I’m sure it will break soon and come loose like yours did. Some of the sequins had missing color on the edges and the beading was very crooked with large gaps between the two rows in the back. I also did not want a refund and was told I can send the bag in for repair. I am not ready to part with the bag quite yet and was told I can do it anytime within the two years warranty period. I’m afraid they’ll run out of the replacement sequins though. Did yours come with a pack of extra sequins and beads? Mind didn’t.
