Not all Ironstone says Ironstone and it can come from all over. There is also a lot of fake Ironstone, especially, but not always, if it is dated. The thick Ironstone is made for railroad use. English is older and more blueish undertone. The American made is creamier white.

By the way, the pitcher you said was not marked is.... That indention is the mark for American Heritage Ironstone. Two great finds.

The lantern is royal haeger very rare and the cow is made in France! The pitcher is new if it says dishwasher safe.
