Its worked...!!! I just restarted explorer.exe, ran the given command in Powershell window and restarted my machine...!!! I got the active task bar back....!!!! Many thanks....!!!!

What if every time you place the cursor where the task bar is it loads infinitely, while not giving you access to your task manager. Meaning mine will not open up no matter what, and it was fine a few days ago

press ctrl+alt+delete on your keyboard and it will show you to blue screen and there you would find task manager.

Nice video have the same issue thou tha Get apppackage typing does not work for me , would you think resetting windows will help? I have tried to restore system to the last good point my desktop icons and files where back but on the task bar it does not work at all

i had this problem and all i did was press right click and it worked :) im glad this worked cuz i was spamming ctrl and r del but nothing worked i had this problem for an hour and when i was done it went from 11pm to 4am -_- i spent way to much time trying to fix this

(in my pc coming like this) C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.19041.844 Error: 5 Access is denied. The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log (please solve my issue)
