    I tried. Fortunately, electric only, so when I crashed (and did often), repairs/replacements were considerably cheaper.

    the great thing about learning to fly like this in Minnesota where the average wind speed is about 25 mph you can fly in one spot and practice your tricks.

    Oh, boy! Those outside turns made me turn red just watching. Been there, done that in the Pitts S2A and 2B (old fashioned, under-overpowered biplanes that were built like tanks).........inverted flat spins, all that. Well done! My friend! (I fly RC helicopters now. Retired airline pilot).

    You sound a lot like a friend of mine who built a full-size Cristen Eagle in his garage. Later he owned an MX2, a Yak55M, etc. Also an airline pilot, and a lot of R/C and full-size glider flying too.

    @@CyclingMikey the flying bug never leaves you once its bitten you good and proper. Ive been flying rc for better then 30 years and My wife is a spring and summer widow ; ) But as she says at least she knows where to find me . If I’m not flying I’m building or repairing & getting ready for next day at the field. My motto “ if you ain’t crashing you ain’t flying low enough! Maybe thats why my flying brothers call me crash? Or stretch ( Im known to stretch an rc clear across the flight line) If its stretched too far then its a great reason to build another?

    Your a awesome pilot !! also I have a question , I have a gold wing raven and it's going to need a little bit more of a pound of weight in the front of the engine box to make it Ballance at 5" from the leading edge of the wing . You ever run into this situation with any of your airplane's ??

    That's pretty good for a toy. I do it in real life, with a real airplane, at night, and with my eyes closed, and I'm drunk. Been doing it now for about 15 years!

    Hey sir!! Love your channel!! I can't get my da-120 to have that same sharp popping sound like you. Any tips ? It's tuned slightly rich and has plenty power and fast response. I've been thinking to advance the timing maybe ?

    At 0:37 is there a loop in the fuel line Under the tank cause if not I’d recommend that either over or under the tank so the gas doesn’t siphon out. I’m sure you already knew that though. Nice flying man! Edit: it looks like there is but I can’t tell for sure.

    I've flown a lot of RC and Full Scale aircraft. 3D takes a tremendous amount of skill. ...but for some reason I find it quite annoying.

    Is there a reason why you use stock mufflers rather than cannisters or even tuned pipes? I am usually using cannisters because they are more silent, but are there other reasons? Curious to hear your input on this

    The noise on cannisters is much nicer, but throttle response is slower…

    Fully symmetrical wings, you could literally flip the wings on the plane left to right and it will still fly the same way(just remember to reverse the servos).

    Jets can fly ' inverted ' , in fact if recall correctly back in the late 60's or 70's I know there was a commercial jet test piliot who did a barrel role in a Boeing jet over '' Lake Washington '' in Washington State.

    You can fly upside down with non symmetric wings and symmetrical. Symmetrical makes it easier. Angle of attack creates lift.

    No I don't think he does. His throttle seems to be on the left. Check out the warm up routine. All done on left hand stick.

    Check 1:10 aileron and elevator on right stick and rudder and throttle on left stick mode 2

    You guys know why real planes aren't flown like this? Too hard to clean the puke out of the instruments! Man, I consider myself a decent pilot, and I can't even dream about flying 3/4's of the stunts that were just pulled. I have never seen a plane flip on its spar axis like that. So tell me, how many have been wrecked to get to this level?

    I would imagine your subs are low because you don’t interact with them much. I’m sure you’re a busy man but a channel is like a child….she needs lots of attention.
