Finally Beautiful NURISTAN , Afghanistan
#afghanistan #nuristan #afghan
Nuristan , Afghanistan Part 2! ok so you can see we finally made it to Nuristan! we had been told it was only a 10 hour trip from Kabul, but its way way more than 10 hours, id say it was at least 15 hours without stops , took us 2 days as you can see and the previous vlog!.. the road was rough , These roads need a 4X4 to get there, the damage to cars is crazy, also not the most comfortable time, but it was worth it for the coming days and for me especially was meeting the very very secretive women of Nuristan, that the men were unable to meet like this .Parun is the Capital of Nuristan , so thats where we headed to stay in the hotel /Restaurant for a couple of nights before we went back to camping! i have some amazing moments with the local children. This is one of Afghanistans more rural areas in the eastern part of the country. A history dating back centuries ! never been anywhere quite like this before in any of my travels, truly a mindblowing experience which ill share in my next couple of vlogs... thanks for watching as always

Those streams you're wondering about is ending up on a slider to force a large wheel spin and there is a dynamo to generate electricity from it. Similar concept as what is used in a bicycle to power the light.
Nooristan province has its natural beauty that's why the people like it

Forced to accept, Nuristani children were kidnapped so their people would not fight back. Cultural Genocide was committed afterwards, banning the practice of their religion, culture. Mullahs were brought in from pashtun ethnicities who did not even speak the local language or knew the culture. There was a religious practice test every Friday, there were also prisons in different villages if people didn’t know anything about islam or who fought back. All this with the help of the British, since they provided money and weapons to the king.

The water channels are for turning bigstones to grind weat into flour and arrigation purposes on older times it was also used and ran through houses as a way of running waters through houses they would have a little plank and a underground channel of water going through houses for cleansing etc this is before pipes were invented Bambos and wooden made pipes were also used in certain centuries

Hello Dear Emma, I kindly request you to consider visiting Paktika province, renowned for its production of exquisite pine nuts. Furthermore, it is currently the peak season for pine nuts in this region. If you require any assistance or guidance, we would be more than happy to provide it. In addition to that, it is one of the safes provinces in Afghanistan. Urgon and Shkin are well-known places where NATO forces had strongholds.
This is like dam theyvup water by help of this because river is down from the village so they can use this water for farming or everything
👍👍👍👍🥳
Emma please go to Jaghuri district, Ghazni province
Most of the shopkeepers and local restaurant workers are from the adjacent Kunar province.
