I Had to retire 3 of my wr100 cause they started making the “EEEEEEEEEEEEEE” squeal but thankfully one of them still works for now

I saw a wooden NJ Transit ALP-46 right next to the Midland WR-301, and I was thinking if you would do a detailed review on it for me.

We have a weather radio oregon scientific but it makes alot of static is there a fix to it?

Very cool! I've started my own collection of radios myself and I'm also giving them names lol. So far I got the Midland WR120 (named Dean, bought at Walgreens), Midland Wr100 which I just bought on Amazon (named it Alex), RadioShack 12-260 (I don't remember where I got it and named it Adrian) and the AcuRite 8553W (bought at Walmart, named Micah). I got a couple more on the way that I bought on Amazon plus the lightning detector in which I'm gonna name it Raiden. I think it's a cool habit and collection!

How did it break Did it go off and on immediately cuz it can freeze but you can fix it by resetting it by unplug it then wait 10 seconds then it’s fixed

Heh, I know the feeling with the absolute lack of anything interesting lately. My mother thinks I'm crazy for taping every single RWT - Wednesday mornings have been the only times I've heard my radios activate for quite some time now. (Which means I have no excuse not to clear out the backlog I've developed again...)

I recognized the tones on the fire call, I believe that is a Zetron Fire Station Alerting encoder

12:18-12:36 my radio shack 12-262 is doing the same thing as yours but doesn't say a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, it says RWT for 6 hours instead of 15 min or doesn't go off at all.

Definitely the radio shack 12-991 and maybe the Eton zone guard of you have around $15 to spend.

+Freddy Fazbear and Kaizo Mario Rules Est. 1995 I would start with the Midland brand weather radios - they seem to be the best. Hope this helps!

the HH54VP2 is a good one to use of you're traveling or just chilling at home. I've been able to pick up frequencies as far north as WXL42 in Winston-Salem, NC and WXL56 in Asheville, NC, as far west as WXJ31 in Thomaston and WXM32 in Columbus, Georgia. And as far south as WXJ28 in Jesup, Georgia and WXK75 in Waycross, Georgia. Occasionally, I'll pick up frequencies from KEC84 in New Bern, NC. Now I live in Southern South Carolina so these transmitters are over 100 miles away from where I live.

It should. It is basically a WR300 but a new design. And some new features.
