The fact that she makes this sound as effortless as Mozart is amazing.

Her violin is just singing!😫❤️

She is magnificently mature in her playing and her personality.

It keeps you neat even on high notes. Amazing!!

@@aero.lNowhere in this comment does it say she was bad before. She has matured musically a lot and gone from a child prodigy (amazing, but just not as musically experienced) to a full-on soloist at just 17, comparable with adult violinists

This is just insane.❤ She's 17, a year younger than myself but she has the skill of someone that is 25. I have played since I was 7 I don't come near her yet.

It always amazes me how prodigies just seem to have no fear of playing such long pieces in front of such a large audience from memory. I'm working on a 7-pages 3 minutes piece and have been for quite a while now - I can only play the whole thing from memory BUT only if my mind drifts off to think about something else - as soon as I realise I'm playing from memory I'll make a mistake and stall!

A magnificent performance... One of Pagani's most difficult works. Chloe is perfect again.

Very crisp articulation, and as usual with Chloe and the Singapore Symphony, a great collaboration. Question: I've heard orchestrations of this movement that use percussion; are there different performance editions?

This is the first orchestration by Paganini. The composer later added percussion.

Chloe is pretty good…. but I have to admit Sarah was really exceptional and played this concerto at different level 2 years younger than her age when only just 15. Incredible….

Sarah performed only the first movement, Chloe's performance of which you haven't heard. Sarah did record the whole work when she was 14 (with Sawallisch and the 'Philadelphia Orchestra). The performance she gives there of this finale is technically very proficient, but it falls short of Chloe's sublime musicality. To say in this context that Chloe is "pretty good" is absurd. In comparison to Chloe, Sarah Chang is very superficial.

This is not "conservatively played." It is properly - and superbly - performed _bel canto_ with great delight and joy.
