This mission was so difficult at times. The AT-ATs make a huge difference when you blow up the turrets.

Any Clone by Hoth battle must be 60 yo in Clone years. But also, their body deteriorates even faster due to all physical enhancers. So they should be dead.

@@jorgeserna8411 Never heard anything on faster deterioration only aging. Besides phase 0 Dark Troopers are old clones enhanced to fight in their old age.

The newer battlefronts should have based themselves on the older games. The Hoth matches are better here than in DICE's Battlefronts.

The new game never will be have a better story than this game, I love the history of veteran clone, and that finish battle was the Victory of Hot. 501 Vader First!!!!!!!.

I love that they used the ending theme of AOT for the ending here. The music from the first battle of the clone army appearing in their last battle. The music that announced the birth of the Empire, here used just months before the Empire's downfall

it fits the narrative far better to end here. but I guess it would've been cool to play through the asteroid chase, taking of Bespin, the battle on Sullust and battle of Endor, both in space and on ground

This is my favorite Star Wars game because the EA version has the AT AT's tracked and you can only shoot not actually move

Because the empire lost in the battle of Endor so adding it in the campaign wouldn’t make sense.

I love that. This is the last time the Empire was victorious, so the ending is properly "bitter-sweet", if you can say that about a tyranical regime

I keep getting stupidly overwhelmed by ridiculous amounts of rebel forces spawning endlessly.

you know... you could fit both Battlefront 2 Campaigns together- both follow an Imperial, and while this one ends at Hoth, the next picks up at Endor.

Most of the equipment protect missions can be solved with the Engineer. The shotgun (“blast cannon”) wrecks at close range and the repair tool can fix most of the objectives (bookcases in the Jedi temple, bomb on Hoth, Sea Wall on Kashyyyk, etc.)

Just bought a new ps2 just so I can play this game again. I remember coming home from middle school and playing this all the way up until supper time. The new ones shoulda followed in this ones footsteps

As short as this games story is, I really do love it :) It's got a certain amount of charm to it, especially with Temuera Morrison doing the narration. And yes it would be a little more awesome if they would have made Endor the final mission ;)

For me the snipers are the worst during this mission, keep getting sniped 3 times when heading to the command post.

I have a feeling that this year's Battlefront 2 is going to continue the campaign with a new squad trained to be the successors of the 501st. I mean, the 2005 Battlefront 2 ended at the Battle of Hoth, shortly before the Battle of Endor. The 2017 Battlefront 2 begins after the Battle of Endor ends. Get what I mean?

Smith Wesson I agree only on the first game, BF2015. Now that progression has been rehauled, BF2 2017 is actually a solid game now. Coming from a fan of the original two Battlefronts as well. Just sucked EA screwed it up since the game overall was a huge step in the right direction.

Smith Wesson and thats how I know you haven't even tried the game. Microtransactions were disabled long ago and even then its only limited to cosmetics now. Again, its an entirely different game from the original release. 1000 times better than what it was.

Smith Wesson theyve literally released new game modes and new maps for free, a new season of dlc is coming in the next few weeks actually and you can purchase the new skins without paying any real money by playing the game. Again, your perception of the game is very wrong.

this must not be on elite or the elite on xbox is broke their would've been 5-15 troops visiting you before you cleared that second post i honestly think the xbox version is broken endless respawning troops back to back seconds apart
