    Mad respect to inkog from Japan, the dude is a beast, and definitely a top 3 player in the US, this is the most competitive an American has gotten to beating JDCR. If Inkog lived in Japan or Korea his skills would be scary good.

    Virck Well, that's part of the reason Armor King is considered one of the best characters in the game. That move has very little recovery period. Armor King's poking ability in general is very strong. Probably some of the best in the entire game.

    He doesn't use Bryan the way he's supposed to be used. No rising 1, qcb4, b4, f3, hardly any jet uppers. The thing that made me mad was that he preferred Bob to Bryan when JDCR was against the wall. Cmon, man.

  • @TekkenTeam

    @TekkenTeam

    8 жыл бұрын

    Random ws1 with Bryan are pretty punishable, he probably didn't throw out f3 because you can easily step it and JDCR is the king of sidestep electrics. He played a really good Bryan.

  • @helpmelol7097

    @helpmelol7097

    8 жыл бұрын

    Mind Space Well not random, but there were a lot of times when he could have used it. It is, but f3 is really safe because it has a fast animation and an almost invisible hurtbox. Also, it is partial tracking because it catches the opponent ssing to Bryans left, so JDCR would only have to sidestep the other way (towards Bryan) in which case Bryan would have recovered. He didn't utilize Bryan the way he should have. He basically used Bryan to get more dmg during juggles.

  • @jhpjhun

    @jhpjhun

    8 жыл бұрын

    i agree with mind space. all the moves mentioned (WS1, qcb4, b4, f3) are questionable in range and tracking abilities and have great potential to whiff especially in TTT2 where side stepping is one of the best options to avoid moves and koreans are good at their side stepping and spacing. it seems like incog opted to use ff4 for tracking instead of f3. ff4 is superior in range, damage (even without counter hit), tracking, and has built in side step properties. and with the spacing that JDCR was capable of, seems like not a lot of opportunities were available for f3 to be played (watch it again). imo no one way of playing a character. incog got to grand finals because he was good with his characters, though i do agree that his bob was his main the whole time. but wall game wise i think bob is superior to bryan in TTT2. bryan is good at walls in other games because of his taunt. in TTT, the taunt at wall is not as great due to tag crash system.

  • @helpmelol7097

    @helpmelol7097

    8 жыл бұрын

    jhpjhun Yes, that is true that a lot of them have a small potential to whiff, but that is why I said that Incog didn't use Bryan they way he's supposed to be played. Bryan at the core is a pretty unsafe character. You have to take risks with him, otherwise you'll limit your abilities like incog did. Yeah, ff4 is amazing for tracking, but when you're right up in the guy's face, f3 is perfect to fish for that CH. Also, 1+2 is a pretty good way to SS check and you can follow it up with poking as well or to close distance fast. The main thing is taking risks. Incog played too safe with Bryan.

    The truth is that coaching does give an unfair advantage to one player over the other, and should only be done before or after full matches, not games or rounds. But then again yeah, inKog lost anyway, because JDCR is his own coach :P
