Final Push (Boxer vs JulyZerg)

Ойын-сауық

My last video :-) I shall upload no more.
Tomorrow I'm giving the VioleTAK account to Klazart so he will have the option to upload some full 1-part quality commentaries when he has some spare time here and there. Don't expect anything, Dr.Klaz is a very busy man indeed! :-) But it serves a good purpose that the VioleTAK account will go to good use from time to time.
I wish everyone who has been watching Starcraft videos, a long healthy beautiful life, without dangers, without enemies.. and with lots of good luck!
Boxer vs JulyZerg @ Neo Forte
September 9th 2005
So1 OSL, Round of 16, Group-A
A classic game between these two arch rivals! Even though it was only played in the group stage, you can see what "Boxer vs July" ment back then... They were the titans, a huge crowd came to see them play outside, in *pouring rain*, just see those two giants fight.
Today this kind of crowds only gather for OSL/MSL/Proleague finals, even in semi-finals you don't see this number of fans. God of War vs The Emperor, this is what Starcraft is all about! :-) This VOD doesn't show the full view of the enormous crowd (I don't think anyone has the full VOD anymore with the interview before and after where they show the fans gathering, the streets were packed) but you can catch some glimpses at 19:31 and if you pay attention at the very end, 21:51 you see a glimpse of about half the crowd.
Note: Had to cut about a minute in the middle of the VOD at about 6:30. And also the game is followed by some ancient interview with Boxer (not related to the game).

wow at 19:10-19:30 it was just pure ownage. it was funny looking at the remaining lurkers running for their lives. the macro of both guys was just awesome. i just think july lacked a bit of micro on his defilers. especially during the very first clash where he didn't have any defilers at all. but it was a great play by both guys. thanks for posting this.

I've started seeing what real micros and macros look like, and... well... Yeah. These videos you've been posting have been helping my game more than anything. So... thanks, VioleTAK, and we'll miss you.

i wish he would teach unaccordingly and dedicate his manners toward equality and humility where he represented his mind as a symbol for our understanding of such potential we may contain inevitably while choosing our best to encircle what we hold dear in life as quickness and the beauty of intention, and how it may render us responsible, not once but every single second of opportunistic space. hail.

There's a gamble with that and most of the time no they can't(it's not in view). The gamble is that it wouldn't show anything worthwhile and they would lose precious seconds of concentration. The smallest things can make huge differences in Pro Starcraft and what seems like a short amount of time to us is an eternity to them due to the speed at which they play.
