Amusing but EXTREMELY dangerous at the same time. Even with a face shield on, there's nothing that's going to stop a jagged or blunt piece of shrapnel from flying off and hitting either you or a neighbor and causing either serious injury or death, or flying off and damaging someone else's property.

You like running motors at insane speeds,try running a car alternator as a motor :) Those can really run at ridicules speeds when hooked up to a three phase motor controller :) They are made to survive those speeds under full load.
