I don't think I'm ever going to get over this FF. There's something about it that just breaks my heart even more than the other ones. And yeah, I played them all except 1, 2 and 11. It's just so heartbreaking how he was unknowingly groomed, not to be King but to sacrifice himself for Lucis. I'm gonna go cry on the floor now. Also, the best FFXV GMV I have ever seen. Beautifully made.

Well probably because the story of ffxv is particularly tragic, for every characters. The Gods made a man take in all the darkness, and then made his brother's descendant gather the light and basically smashed them against each other knowing neither will survive. Even the guide had to die for the hero to ascend.

This is easily the most beautiful FFXV video I've seen yet.

I’ve watched this so many times and every time I replay the game after, there’s just something about this final fantasy, you go through all the journey with his friends etc so you really get attached to them as a group, making their parting so much worse 😭

I am now just a simple puddle of feels on the floor-everything about Final Fantasy XV continues to break my heart,even when I think it's over.From the actual game,to the DLC's,to some fanfictions I've read,and finally to this,it's heartbreakingly beautiful,good work.

A whole bunch of people don’t like Luna so I guess I’m one of the few that does. Seeing the parts with Luna made me almost bust into tears. She may have been underdeveloped, but she was a good character and had a ton of potential.

One of the greatest games of all time.

you're damn right it hurts like hell!! agh fucking hell I was legitimately tearing up by the 8 second mark, I absolutely cannot handle that ending in its own right, let alone with this goddamn PHENOMENAL choice of music god the music made it so much worse...in the absolute best possible way it just...fits so freaking well for this game? Seriously, by the end of this game it's become obvious its a tale of tragedy and comparatively little else, the characters just keep losing and suffering even when all they want is to help people and be the best they can be and it isn't even that those efforts backfire for the most part, it's that the way the world is functioning independent of these individuals we come to know and love dictates that they will lose and suffer and die with many regrets but not that much hope that surviving beyond the point of their demise would actually lead to a brighter life in time, just...just some of them getting the chance to go out knowing that this was the best time for them to die before things got worse And then there's Noctis, who just got the chance to say goodbye to his best friends before finishing off one hell of a life with the sacrifice he was born to commit, never actually getting to live for himself in the new future he spent everything to create fuck now im crying all over again

I put so much work into him, carried him there, empathized with him, loved his friends, adored them and his people. I know this isn't about personal feelings anymore but.. I can't believe I lost him. I carried him to the top to sacrifice him.. I put myself into his shoes but loved him more than myself. It was so difficult to watch.. So difficult to watch the ones who sacrificed themselves for the future. And especially him.
