Nothing's changed really. The only difference is that the internet has become more common over time and you've become older and more experienced. I can guarantee you that most people will think fondly back to their childhood and remember it as a better time, simply because they weren't aware of the bullshit going on at the time. This isn't a bad thing, but the only thing real change over the last few years is how easy it is to feed your own ego online - it's not changed how people are, just the tools available to them.

My god, KZread back then was mostly music over some footage. That´s how creators truly expressed back in the day. The memories.

Seeing the mix of comments that are back from 2008 to a year ago is haunting and shows just how fast time has gone. I wish you all a good and healthy life. :)

If you're all confused as to why this was recommended then let me explain Kingdom hearts 3 just had its re-mind dlc released and the secret ending (spoilers) shows Yozora and a few stuff that relate to what used to be final fantasy versus XIII and people probably started to search about it and KZread started to suggest this video cuz it started to get some more views and attention

I think if they kept this concept of the game as the original idea in my oppinion I think they could have added more to it.

Cloud was one of the few that got Final Fantasy started, never forget that blond, emo buster blade wielding, legend.

This is FF versus nomura vision. I still waiting for this game, maybe verum rex has the same idea like FF versus.

From what I remember about Versus development all they had was basically what this video showed and Nomura kept changing the concept of the game. When Tabata got it all he had to work with was the main character, Regis, Cor, and Aldecorpt and a general idea of what Nomura wanted. But honestly XV is just a more lighthearted Versus.

I remember being so hype for this, I still bought the XV console edition and everything. I can't let this die. I wish we got Versus XIII but XV to me did it's job

seeing this and knowing what we actually got with XV I hope they do something with this and not just scrap it altogether...

You know, seeing this video, and remembering how Versus XIII was suppose to be back in 2006, makes me wish that this hasn't been truly canceled................ On the bright side though, we'll see Noctis/Yozora, Noctis's gang (Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto), and possibly Stella in Kingdom Hearts 4, along with Sora and Riku. We can only hope everyone finally comes back.....🙏

That’s right I remember now. Versus 13 had a dark gothic tone to it originally noctis was a follower of some death goddess I think? Compared to ff 15 he seems more like a j pop celebrity teenager. Not really the protagonist I was hoping for.

People who are new to the series wouldn't give a shit tho. I played kingdom hearts 3 and I think it a pretty damn good game. Fans of the series disagree tho. I looked at plenty reviews and compared it to the old games and it seems that kingdom heart 3 isn't best combat wise. I mean legit criticism not just normalized bitching. But I see point u make ofc
