I had played back in ARR till about 2.2, then stopped until years later at a friend's place they loaded it on their ps4 and I got a small itch, then looked and saw the trailer had just dropped for ShB so I fell back into the burning ring of fire that is FF14 and have remained to this day hahaha

Same same. I started in ARR and played towards the end of heavensward. Took a long break with no plans to come back.... but then I seen this opening after shadowbringers had been out for a bit. It captivated me to such a degree I bought it, resubbed and I've been playing ever since.

Yep, the ShB cinematic and the ShB job trailer did it for me. Both gave my chills.

My favorite thing about this song is the singer was the VA for Raubahn in ARR. The one who was recast when Square changed dubbing studios. And he's in the Endwalker trailer song too. No hard feelings.

just reached the end and it was amazing!. never thought they could top shadow but they blew it away.

Shadowbringers is one of those cinematics I never skip-I have to watch when it plays. Oh man, and when Eternal Wind comes in. Gets me every time. 😭

Given how hard everyone on CBU 3 works towards this piece of art I'd say they have *EVERY* right to be this good.

The cinematic is so excellently done, and the words, oh the words, capture the essence of the story of the expansion. also, YOUR COVER IS AWESOME!

Wow this song made me cry. Always made me emotional but after reading the lyrics, it really hit me hard. Game is unbelievably amazing and somehow holds such a deep connection with people.

I have finished endwalker and i think it's as good as shadowbringers not better. but im in the minority.
