Fights in FF7R are a bit weird: the stakes are sometimes just unconsciousness, or else Cloud wouldn't be considering killing the Shinra guards after they're downed.

So many questions about this strange sequence. Why does the camera not show us Tifa gut-punching Johnny? Why does he "get out of town" except later show up in the Wall Market segments? Why is he suddenly acting like Cloud is his pal instead of a guy who just scared him shitless and was about to murder him? Don't get me wrong, I beat the game and largely loved it. This segment and it's follow-up just stand out to me as whack.

Wall Market is out of town. out of town is out of the sector 7 slums. he had a blindfold on, he doesnt recognize cloud from his voice because johnny is a dumbass. tifa did not punch him in the gut, she kicked him. =P

Just started playing. She could've kicked him in the nuts tbh that's what I thought lol. With the camera angle. As for Johnny treating him like a pal, he never saw his face and prob forgot his voice? So far Johnny doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed. As for the last part idk, not far in the game at all yet. Been grinding jobs

Cloud was doing it right. You don't leave loose ends. Johnny could name Jessie.

At first I thought his voice is similar to someone I'm familiar with and the first thing that came into my mind is he sounds a lot like Ben from Ben 10 and I was right 😂 his VA is Yuri Lowenthal

@@Geiffenberg2002 and FYI they changed ALL the VA of the FF7 characters, the voices you hear is a new cast and Steve ain't the voice of Cloud now but Cody Christian 🤦🏻‍♂️

They censored Tifa's kick. Sony is so stupid.

@@cinevick1680 yeah, true. I finished the game last week. There were some weird scenes... But overall it's a good game, with a certain nostalgic factor hyping it a little.

@@GeekHazu completely agree, just hoping they don't start changing shit in the sequels like some have been speculating. Especially since the game ends with "the unknown story will continue" which has me slightly worried. Still my fav game of 2020 tbh
