What exactly is the benefit or reasoning behind the jump ability for Dragoon? Also this is the best video on the subject I've seen.

its a great skill to use when engaging at long range with its huge dmg/break dmg and aoe. it also fast to use and gives a good amount of right at the start of the skill.

Red Mage seems like the best of the Mage Jobs and Sage looks redundant and complicated.

It basically boils down to cast spells to cast same type spells more fast

I'm a bit unclear on what Enchant Mastery does. If I use a fire weapon buff and hit Marilith with it, does that mean that Marilith's fire-based attacks will do less damage?

yea they will resist that element and recieve less damage. You also lower their fire dmg because of that debuff.

I have unlocked Ninja class from Samurai tree but its not appearing in selection?

To get Ninja class, you have to upgrade Thief and Samurai tree.
