To get all hidden items make sure you have discovered all the chocobo sanctuaries and look in the tall grass areas. One of the chocobo locations has a hidden path too. This will help with unlocking all map locations as well. If your still missing 2 items check the bookshelves in summons village AFTER the giant battle! The bookshelves are located in the Armor/weapon shops.
