(SPOILERS:)
everything is my opinion, and my feelings about the story lines, and why I put them where I put them.
1. scenes mixing between Cloud and Zack on the start.
- I wanted to point at the actual thing that these two knew each other, Cloud doesn't remember it well, or literally nothing about him, but still they are actually same. (as Cloud think he's him)
2. Cloud talks with Aerith, she said he was the first guy I ever loved (something like that)
-Aerith see Zack in Cloud a lot these times, asking about his class etc. They are mixed. If we have to talk about the game from 97 and the explained story line in crisis core, Zack died, Cloud forgot about it, but Zack did met Aerith. Gave Cloud a first class clothing and Cloud was over all light headed and didn't remember anything. Cloud asking Aerith the man's name made his head hurts again as Aerith said Zack Fair.
3. Long time ago I said I'd be there for her, made a promise
- the actual thing that he does (in this game) remember the promise he made with Tifa made a lot of differences between the relationship between Tifa and him. Cloud would stay if Tifa have troubles. He ended up having problems him self, having friends to help him and he's there for them as well.
4. Cloud refers actually that he killed Sephiroth as well as remember laying in front of his mother's house in Nibleheim (damm I hope its correct and it's not Nifleheim). Sephiroth made is introduction there, showing the plot of the game) still we didn't know what was going if we didn't play the game from 97 (I was literally looking at it confused like the heck--)
5. Aerith talks with Cloud in his dream.
- Aerith knew that something will happen to her, she doesn't want Cloud to fall for her, saying it's not real, knowing how would he behave, that it will hurt him, he would blame him self. Saying everyone will die eventually. I put there a scene with Zack dying with hurt Cloud, he actually knows how it feels to lost his friend (he doesn't remember it).
6. Jessie...
-One of her last words were that she wants to have everyone again. She showed them how much they meant for her, even of you don't like her much, these words make you tear up if you think about them. It pushed Cloud as well.
7. Aerith explains.
-Shines wants to find the promise land, they think Aerith will lead them to it. In first game, the planet called her, this way she found the actual place. Cloud followed her. She prayed with her materia, the only thing that could stop the meteor, before Sephiroth killed her. (I didn't know I will cry like a baby, even if I knew she will die. I didn't play that game for two days.)
8. you're just trying to help...
- Aerith was the only one the ghost could get, not Tifa, not Cloud. They knew she can listen to them, have a empathy. But they showed her her past, us, knowing she had it hard. Harder, than we thought.
9. Is something wrong?
- Aerith asked that Cloud after he for actual second time a vision of her dying, after he saw he was just watching her, knowing something isn't all right.
10. Tifa...
- In advent children Cloud talked with Tifa. She said they can go through the trouble, help each other like a family. He feeling bad, still didn't forgive him self from the time Aerith was killed, blaming him self explained he can't help anyone or save.
11. Sephiroth offered collaboration
- Cloud said never, after fought with him, loosing. Sephiroth later said he have only seven seconds. I think it point out at the seven days Cloud had to save the planet before the meteor would fall.
12.you weren't thinking about leaving Midgar...
- same as 3rd point
13. if you want to be the hero...
- I think it shows that Cloud needs Tifa, Barret, Aerith, Red, etc. He can't do it alone, even if he's capable of it, he would crash down.
