This appears to be almost a Suikoden style-mesh wherein the sprites are semi-proportional.

I love the pixel art. However I hate the portraits. I feel like it’d be better if it had the original or redone pixel art portraits like the GBA version

what's terrible about the portraits is that they look HD compared to all the pixelated graphics. They should be lower resolution.

How do I install this mod? And does this apply to the steam version of the game?

All mods here are found on nexus mods and only applies to final fantasy Vi Old ver / the original steam release

well done, but the desert battle background looks terrible with this wavy effect applied to the whole screen, it should be lessen and more in the upper background than the rest of the screen.

Welp cant do much about the original background not this one was designed to be presented in a mobile game . It uses an flb animation compatible with earlier versions of HTML 5/ webgl animation. Animation libraries back when this was made didnit even exist.

why the unholy hell couldn't they do something like this? This would be a true remake. :S
