Excellent job on that boss fight! I think I always just waited until I got Reraise, but this method is way more satisfying. Once it works. ;) For real though, I enjoyed the strategising in this episode. And you never gave up, even when that damn cutscene had to play every single time!

I don't know what your intention was with betting an Elixir at the coliseum, but if you bet the Rename Card you win from doing that, you get the Marvel Shoes (Miracle Shoes now, maybe?), which has auto-Haste/Protect/Shell/Regen. Not especially useful for the Cultists' Tower, but obviously strong. I kinda wish it *didn't* have Regen, though, since it would be perfect for a very silly but fun strategy.

What a journey! Good thinking about the Ultima Weapon, by the way. The Valiant Knife and Fixed Dice (I think) would also give similar results.

not sure on the painter side of things but that moustache was from a ringmaster. I assume the control part is a tenuous link to the circus and lion tamers etc Maybe? Also under quick google, you can get the item from the Still life. Maybe this is something to do with how people draw fake moustaches on art? Not sure where that originates. Reminds me of pokemon gold, you can add a fake moustache when interacting with some grafitti. Though not sure why that would turn sketch to control. Just my thought process

If the magic master barrier changes after every spell you cast on him, I wonder if your earlier reflect off yourself strategy would work and not trigger his barrier change? Also I'm just gonna pretend that's Lahabrea and he's shouting UNLEASH ULTIMA from the top of his lungs.
