Allison truly is one of the most gracious players in the sport. I love how she congratulates Chou, has a laugh together, walks away friends. Unbelievable showing by Chou! Note to self: If playing against Chou, don't leave her a jump shot or she'll just knock it in like it's nothing. Thanks for the sharing the event and the awesome free streams. Cheers.

Yup and hopefully she doesnt beat herself up over it. She has won over 50 titles and is still playing at a high level, finishing second against all these young guns. She has nothing to prove.

我是沒去谷歌搜尋過往的男/女撞球世界盃,冠亞軍戰的撞球史曾否出現過像大眼妹壓倒性的完封對方!如此亮麗輝煌的戰績表現!!想說這至少是女子國際撞壇賽事上的首見吧!?畢竟..能讓曾是女子安麗盃的冠軍常客Allison Fisher 於此次冠亞軍賽中,竟一局未取的鴨蛋記錄!!可說是Allison Fisher 此生最不堪且不想再談起的回憶吧!?

@@seriousplaying 確實如此!!費雪在女子撞壇中,算是有名望的老大姊,其畢生至今的戰績更勝台灣女撞壇老將柳信美,再者..眾所皆知的英國紳士禮儀之邦,來自英國的男女選手,可大都是勝不驕敗不餒的!!OS.尤其是在斯諾克賽事中,能夠特別感受得到! 其實...我更深覺訝異的一點即是為何此冠亞軍決賽的衝球規則為何沒採"輪流衝球制"!?而是贏方繼續衝球...難怪會有此較大的比分落差?!不知道是否因為是沒用排球紙來排球的關係,因而才採用贏方衝球呢?!深感不解?

Wow, you rarely see a match like this where Allison is involved. What a clinic Chou delivered. But, Allison is always ever gracious and classy, congratulating her opponent and even sharing a laugh together. After all, Allison still walked away with a nice chunk of change. This match was a treat to watch with two very skilled players.

Chou is a steady player ever since she appeared on the pool scene. Congrats to her winning this tournament and also the 2022 ten ball win in Europe.

Chou is very good.. super fan to watch.. respect to allison for her displayed sportmanship. congrats to both players. amazing

All these ladies are simply amazing pool players. Given the amount of time, money, energy, and effort that goes into attending each tournament, along with the skill it takes to compete at this level, they should be compensated accordingly. They are the best in the world. Congrats to the winner!

The compensation is determined by the sponsors, which ultimately decide how to compensate them according to the audience on various medias, which is not much for the women.

Nice of some of the younger ladies showing respect for Allison.

Absolutely my favorite announcer team. Fantastic technical commentary and background (info, stories, history, etc.) by Robles, great chemistry between them, funny, professional. Give these guys a raise and feature them whenever possible. Seriously. They are a Value-Add to the production, elevating it, keeping and enhancing my interest. The match itself was fantastic. Love that various channels are featuring female matches, these women are savage ! 🙂

Damn Chou’s stroke is just silky smooth. Alison fisher has been a hero of mine for a couple decades now. I haven’t kept up with Women’s pool as much as I did when it was on ESPN all the time, but I was pretty quickly rooting for Chou also after the first couple racks. Alison still playing at the level she is and making the finals with this field is still incredibly impressive. This was a fun tournament to follow and I really appreciate the production and coverage!!’n

This is the reason Alternating Breaks were used at tournaments. Because of high caliber players can run thru racks. And 9 ball became too easy, hence the development of 10 ball. Only time AF got to the table was when Seo played a safety, maybe 2. And thats not really getting to the table when opponent snookers you before hand.
