This bag is the 70257 model and its my favorite. Take care of it. They stopped making the 70257 in 2017. Finding one is a difficult task. They still make the 70258 and the bigger padded computer bag. It's still a good one. There is one that is smaller than yours. It's the 70256. They call it the Original Briefcase. The 70257 and 70258 have the small leather wrap that snaps around the two handles. The 70256 does not have that feature. That bag will last you a lifetime.

I might be wrong but I don't think this is the Padded Computer bag, which has one huge zippered pocket in the front. I think this is the Original Briefcase. Wish you went more into detail, the navy blue looks fantastic. I think the padded computer bag is a lot bigger, and I'm having a hard time deciding personally. Thanks for the vid

It's a good gift. The padded computer bag is huge and way too heavy. I looked at it at a Filson store and it's like a suitcase.
