FilmClub Movie Review - A Woman is a Woman (1961)

I just love Jean-Luc Godard, and this, his first color film, is another BANGER!
We've previously watched a few of his films here in the club, but this one is special because it's a MUSICAL! (Sort of...)
With some great performances from it's three leads, and some really fun and inventive story elements, this film has really made an impression on me. His films always make me want to pick up a camera and shoot something!
What did YOU think of the film?

I've only seen Breathless (1960) so far and i hated it, I certainly hope A Woman Is A Woman (1961) is an improvement over his last disaster

@@AbrasiousProductionsbreathless is amazing and you don’t understand what it’s doing if you think it’s a “mess”

I don't trust anyone who genuinely thinks breathless is a masterpiece, it's a pretentious bore, go watch L'Avventura (1960) now that's cinema!
