*Here is the story of Dallas every year:* They play high scoring finesse ball against weak teams in the regular season, lose to physical teams, fans yell “THIS IS OUR YEAR” by week 17, then choke in the playoffs.

They blew their load at FedEx Field against my 4 win team. They boasted a top offense. They ate their turkey legs and celebrated interception records against same 4 win team. They lose badly to the PACKERS when Everything is now on the line... LMAO. I mean it's amazing, I'm even shocked by today, this was beautiful 😂🤣👌

As someone who was impressed by Prescott during his rookie season & expected nothing but great things from him in the future, what we saw on Sunday is what he's been in almost every truly meaningful game of his career - poor pocket awareness, holding the ball too long, slow/poor decision-making, inexplicable picks - and that's despite having a ton of talent around him. After 8 years as a starter, it should be clear that this is who he is & he's never going to break that ceiling.

Basically Dak kept throwing into double coverage trying to force plays especially for Lamb. He would then scramble and chuck it anywhere when the blitz was coming his way. He is the reason the offense took so long to get going. By the time the Cowboys were consistent in the 2nd half, the Dallas defense had become exhausted and couldn't stop Green Bay from scoring at will. There was no way to come back after that. Just a shame. If I were a cowboy fan I would be seriously thinking about boycotting the team or something.

Not just the pick 6, he also threw a pick that gave the Packers the ball on their own 20. Going to fault the defense for that? Dallas defense wasn't great, but that was not the only problem. That's terrible QB play by Dak. He was terrible, using the defense excuse is a cop out. Dak wasn't even 'good'. Unless you want to look at him padding his numbers, when the game was over. At 3:02 that was just a horrible play by Prescott. He drifted his dropback to the left for no reason and that allowed one defender to get a little bit of pressure and then he bailed out of the pocket for really no reason and then had an open receiver coming over the middle that he could have easily hit had he stayed n the pocket. Then he runs outside the pocket and takes a dumb sack. On the play at 5:24, that has to be called as illegal contact. Ball was spotted at the 12 yard line and #59 is still bumping Ferguson at the 4 yard line. Not saying it cost the Cowboys the game or anything, but you really can't blame Ferguson or Dak for that. The pick 6 was just smart play by the safety and Dak and the playcalling being too predictable. My guess is the Packers coaching staff told their players it's better to leave Cooks open than it is Lamb and be prepared for that type of play against that coverage. Team was totally unprepared, the defense even worse (I really don't know how that's possible). Congrats to the Packers, they deserve it.

Dak did what he does, in a must win game he lays and egg! He comes in throws 2 picks in the first half putting the defence in the hole they never recovered from. Dak threw balls that were almost picked multiple times, poor decision making and inaccurate. Dak historically has started games slow, being inaccurate and failing to keep drives alive. Here he did it again...slow start then he added 2 picks to make it really ugly. There is a reason he was a 4th round pick and graded as a back up or special teamer. Time to move on from Dak...trade him to a QB desperate team, he's proven he isn't the answer. The other glaring issue is why were GB receivers so wide open over the middle on multiple plays? Where was Dan Quinn's top 5 defence? A real hard sit down is required to see what happened here. Get a real QB! Get draft picks and trade up in the draft PLEASE!

Corners/Safeties playing soft on Tight Ends, complete inability to stop the run (not even run fitting correctly), personnel completely just missing assignments and coverages, absent pass rush, etc. The defense should be completely embarrassed that they couldn't even make one crucial stop and at least give the Offense a chance. 2 Punts and 21 Points in the 2nd Half is laughable from an "Elite" Defense. There is regular season football, and then there is playoff football. Bill Bellicheck's Patriots were an excellent example of a team that used the two types to their advantage. Players are going to be able to play harder and dirtier in the playoffs. For many reasons, but mainly because the refs can't call it all on national television. The game would never end. Players take more chances knowing there is not allot of season left to play. The pressure to perform. The attitude of play for Today, its the only thing that matters. On and on. The cowboys are a team that cannot make that change from the easier season games, and the grittier playoffs. The dolphins kinda look like the same team in the AFC. They are gonna win allot of games. But when aggression becomes as important as talent. When finesse is near impossible because of all the rule breaking going on... Then, it is almost always down to the teams that can run the ball and play defense. Playoff defense. Look how pedestrian Micah Parsons looked. He just doesn't have that bad guy in him. And, thats what it takes.

I've been a Cowboys fan for decades and the only thing the Cowboys know how to do is choke and underachieve. It's time to clean house, and if the owner had any respect, he'd sell the team as he's the worst loser of the bunch.

It was a bad route also. Lamb started running up the field into shell coverage when the under was open. All he had to do was square off his route and keep running. He did it all season and decided to change it today. Lamb isn't without fault here.

They are not built to play from behind cause defensively they play smaller faster personnel that can mov sideline to sideline but if you go straight at them and get those guards to the 2nd level on those 3 safety looks and nickel looks it will not end pretty

I'm an Eagles fan so I'm experiencing a similar amount of pain. The difference is I've always had a very honest and realistic expectation of what my team can do. Example: This week I rooted for the Cowboys to lose to the Packers. Not just because I'm an Eagles fan and my granny's a Packers fan, but because I was aware of the very real possibility that Philly would disappoint me. And I think that's a big reason why Cowboys fans are so hated. Despite their team producing no results for almost 3 decades, they still say every year "This is our year!" Not even envisioning failure as a possibility and therefore never adjusting when it happens because they believe it was a fluke. No other fanbase in a 20+ year championship drought would ever say something so delusional.

I agree, most Boys fans are that way but not all of us,i as a 50+ year Boys fan knew we would lose to the Packers because it is just what we do now,all the talk during the season and one and done during the playoffs,oh well indoor football starts here in a few months and i will forget all the garbage my Boys put on the field this year lol

Lifelong Cowboys fan/Eagles hater here. There's not one delusional fan of the cowboys out there! I wasn't shocked at the results. I wasn't sure that this was "our year". But out of 32 teams in the NFL, only one team is going to win it all. And your eagles only have one Lombardi trophy in its ENTIRE HISTORY! now that's gotta be more disappointing than anything the cowboys fans feel! (and I always root against Philly in the playoffs too! The kc/philly super bowl, won me a ton of money too!)

On the pick 6, Cooks enters the void left by the blitizing Packer. That should have been an easy pitch and catch. Instead Dak forced it to Lamb.

Say what you will about the coaching staff or the offense of Dallas, the real problem was the Defense...you don't just allow 48 points to happen (granted two were from ints but the point still stands).

@@KenanRappuchi No team will ever win in a playoff game trying to make up ground for 2 pick 6's. That's like playing with a -14 handicap. Then if you assume that they score instead of giving up points on those possessions, the point difference between the 2 teams is even smaller.

Thanks for the breakdown - I get so frustrated with Main Stream Sports Media who spend the entire post-game segment on what the future may hold rather than breaking down offensive and defensive failures. Your video was refreshing. You didn't add anything on what I seemed to notice most about the offense: Dak throwing into double, triple and quadruple coverage over and over again. Receivers running their route at much slower speeds than normal leading to drops off fingertips. Cowboys offense having absolutely no life, no energy from the very start of the game. Did they all go out drinking the night before? Give me more analysis! :)

It started with Dallas defense playing zone defense (all season man-to-man), resuting in busted coverages. Packers had a field day. That put pressure on offense. Dak does not play well under pressure. When it was 27-0, the game was over.

Thought Dan Quinn on def was a genius. But he WAS coach when Atl blew 28-3 lead in 3rd quarter vs Patriots in Super Bowl!!!!! Did he switch to zone ? Why? Did he think zone combined w pass rush would confuse young QB. Well...no pass rush, no sacks, and their running negated the plan. On some plays D defender playing 6 yds off the reciever on 3rd downs. Also, when Dallas did come back a little in 3rd Q- D gave up 2, 45 to 60 yd passes, wide open on consecutive drives each time after giving up ten yrd runs on 1st down. The 2nd long pass givn up was egregious. Def back tried to pass off the td catch reciever to "vitally" go after QB on a roll out but nobody went back w the reciever! Nobody around him for 20 yards.

No the offense was bad because they’re supposed to be this high powered offense and sooner or later would of been in a shoot out game and they just got out played , yea the defense was out played but Dak didn’t play up to his money against a lesser experienced QB
