I think they’re reworking Mahomes’ contract. So theyll probably keep McDuffie, Chris Jones, and Sneed. And maybe sign a WR in free agency

@gz1- McDuffie is only going into year 3 and was a 1st round pick so they don't have to worry about paying him yet. All they have to do is pick up his 5th year option before the start of his 4th year. Unless Sneed takes an absolute deal he will be gone. Chiefs will put money into Dline first a.k.a Chris Jones and count on their ability to hit on corner in the draft. They have a history of letting corners walk, Ward, Nelson being recent ones. The only way Sneed stays is they decide to take the risk of drafting and starting a rookie safety. Safety Reid is possibly a cut candidate this off season or they will rework his deal. Do agree they will sign a receiver this off season with the release of MVS imminent. Thinking they might try to hit on a trade at reciever.

Shutting down Tyreek Hill twice this year was so satisfying!

In fact...I might be wrong but as stupid as McDuffie made 9ers look for trying him, when you have basically no interesting game footage of a corner, that's him at his very very best. Sneed was a ghost except for the 15 yd flag for UR.

@@podkash did you watch the game, Snead got burned numerous times, one of which should’ve been a game winner, unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, missed tackle giving up a touchdown, Snead did not play good. The other cb Watson looked much better.

@@Sharibatinx this is nitpicking. Mahomes threw a interception after the half, played around in the pocket and got sacked, under threw Watson. See how this sounds? Sounds crazy right lol. They aren’t perfect but Sneed is great. Mcduffie was also covering an obvious injured Deebo.

dude after the game i was talking about this guy nonstop, in my mind he was the defensive MVP although couple other guys have a strong case as well. What a game to step up and have one of hte best performances of your career so far

Good point! When we beat the 49ers running a similar type of offense back in the day, we could shut down one side of the field with Sanders and play man. We could knock guys off the routes and mess up the timing. And we had crazy ass Charles Haley! The Chief's formula looked familiar.@@Duncan_Idaho84

He's a young QB. Many of his reads were center field crossing routes. I think he threw outside once and it was good ball but the receiver had plenty of separation. He made a good downfield throw to Deebo but the defense was better and it may have been out of bounds. Overall the Niners had a good game plan. With those weapons, if Purdy was truly like that they would have dominated. But KC had a better plan to make Purdy beat them and when you have 15, he's the great equalizer. @@GoldTau-jd2cs

I love how so many football fans will talk down certain players to make it seem like they just messed up and gave the game away, all in an attempt to discredit the Chiefs. It's wild how far people will go just so they don't have to admit they're good. 😂❤️💛

Either him or Chris Jones. They both blew up multiple game defining plays. Mahomes was awesome but without McDuffie and Jones Chiefs lose by 2 to 3 TDs

Against Philly (earlier in the season) AJ Brown got the jump on Sneed but Hurts didn't read it and through the INT. Brown would've had a 50 yard TD reception.

Kittle got locked up himself, he is a pretty great tight end. Deeboo isn't the best route runner but to his defense his hamstring was messed up. More reason to blame Shannhan though because if you know you're wr is hurt why not have more looks for you're 1300 yard wr

Outstanding breakdown, I would have given the MVP to McDuffie, he won the game for them in my opinion. DB coaches should show these clips to their DBs for training purposes. The dude was like crazy glue.

Would be interesting to show the effect of each player who got banged up enough to have to leave the field or struggle getting up. Did the replacement struggle to keep up? Did the wounded player come back in and have a bad game after getting hurt?

If you look at everything throwing play, there is always someone open (if not immediately, then soon after) but where the QB is looking, his progression and the intensity of the rush by the defense make it impossible to see and complete.

Unless it was entirely choreographed and the Niners agreed to take a dive, then no. I love a little tinfoil but c'mon, the reffing wasn't even terrible for once. As for the shootout, it was a pair of the local Kangz playing some Hi-point tag, and exhibiting their usual storm trooper level accuracy. I get the T-swift h8, I get the Kelce Pfaizer h8, but the insistence that every game is scripted is observably dumb. The league occasionally puts their thumb on the scale for a team they favor in the form of bad-call penalties at critical moments, that much is obvious. But I didn't see it in this game.

Both teams had the same amount of penalties. Nothing scripted. The better team on that day won.

It’s easy to defend when they allow you to tug and pull the receivers. Maddie is great but once again the NFL allows the chiefs to hold on offense and push and pull on defense. They aren’t that much better, they are allowed to do things other teams can’t. Just like the patriots during their run. Ty law would tackle receivers and nothing was ever called.
