After catching this wonderful School Mackerel in the morning, I decided to treat the family with some fresh mackerel fillets cooked up in the evening. I had to make do with what I had as I was staying in a holiday park but with a light dusting of corn flour and some herbs and spices to go with it, it turned out delicious.
