what about if you are heating to two buildings - garage and house. I have domestic water on the house loop but not on the garage loop. Is there a way to fill and purge both from the water connection in the house?

The garage loop cannot be purged through the house unless they are all on the same loop. If they are on separate loops, a spigot can be added on the garage loop and you can run a garden hose to the spigot to use domestic water pressure to the purge air from the loop.

Can you run pex to also heat your drive way with these units if you so wish

A back flow preventer should be used for safety whenever a domestic water source is used.

My boiler water level is low but my pressure for my system is sitting at 150kpa on the gauge. Does it slowly evaporate out the vent cap or something because if there were a leak I'd expect the pressure to be down.

The amount of water that evaporates is a very small amount. We recommend contacting a local dealer with your furnace serial number.

I filled from the top of boiler and not through the lines. Water doesn't seem to be circulating so I expect air in lines because didn't purge. Is there any way to purge now without draining the boiler?

You can still purge air with domestic water pressure as shown in the video. If the furnace overfills, excess water will come out of the exhaust pipe on top of the furnace. When you're done purging air, make sure to test the water and add water treatment as needed since you will have watered down the mixture.

We are getting ready to purchase a home with an outdoor wood burning system. The owner has told us to watch the hot water as it runs scalding hot, he said it just needs a part to regulate the temperature. We are wondering if that’s so why hasn’t it been done. I don’t know which burner he has but if we aren’t able to regulate the hot water it may be a deal breaker. Thoughts?

It will make sure the water never exceeds the set temperature on the mixing valve!

How did you end up purging? I can't seem to get any help. My local dealer isn't responding. Very frustrated

Not recommending a thermostatic valve anymore? Didn't see one anywhere in the system?

The new Classic Edge Titanium HD Series furnaces are more corrosion resistant and therefore the thermostatic valve is not required.

The heat exchanger for the domestic water is attached to the water heater inside the home. Does that answer your question?
