FILIPINO & FIJIAN PANDEMIC WEDDING HIGHLIGHTS
SURPRISE! YUP, WE GOT MARRIED DURING A PANDEMIC! After the epic surprise proposal 8 months ago we started talking about our wedding plans and finally agreed to a destination wedding. When we started doing some research on where we wanted to go...covid-19 happened. So we put that on hold. Then as everything started closing including flights, resorts and even countries we thought we might not actually be able to have our dream wedding! We got the idea of having a small Ceremony and basically elope just to legally get married with a Pastor and have witnesses present. We knew we wanted God to be in the centre of our relationship and didn't want to wait another year or 2. As the covid rules lifted we were allowed to have more people than just witnesses. So we decided to have our parents and siblings and their families be apart of it. We didn't plan to get married this soon and with such little notice but we really wanted to get married on our anniversary which was June 12th. With a couple of weeks to plan with help from family/friends and @_powerofthreee of course, we were able to pull off the perfect wedding! (In my opinion) even though it was raining, it felt like the sun was beaming from our hearts. We were over joyed with love. To top it off, a couple days before we decided to stream it Live for our family and friends ❤️ thanks to @burnzg @cyndy4ng !!
