Yeah you are right, when he was in Canada he was like a recluse although he's been posting vlogs, it's evident to his face that something was missing, as much as he wanted to go back to the Philippines at the back of his head maybe he's thinking, where shall I stay or am I still welcome there? the visit of Kulas on Texada gave him hope and brought back memories, for sure Kulas offered him his place in Cateel that made Bret decide to book a flight 3 days after Kulas' visit.

I do watch both of their vlogs... they're genuine and don't exploit the Innocence of the Filipinos just for the view and subs...never had I watched a vlog of both of them doing the Jollibee mukbang to gain the attentions of pinoy, just pure love for the country.

Brett is so very Filipino, eating fish head with sawsawan of suka and patis.

Thanks to all people in the province neither in Manila thanks to this foreigner. And some pinoy who are better person have good heart and being kind to animals like for the dogs and cats , so thank you all for being kind and understanding to the animals.

Bret and Kulas are like brother's Kulas is kuya Bret is bunso.

When the ASEAN summit (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) was held in Manila few years ago, that kind of chocolate tablets were used by Madame Honeylet (the common-law-wife of ex-Pres. Rody Duterte as souvenir tokens to all first ladies/wives of ASEAN nations Presidents/ Prime Ministers. When you open the package,uhhhmmm it smells like processed chocolates like Hershey's,etc. By the way 'dong Bret, "silingan" means neighbor in bisaya.😂 Kulas is a good kuya to Bret. And, Jandee is a good interpreter.... heheheh. GOD bless u all.

Truly, I really like design of your house Kyle it iis beautifully designed the woods is better than cement especially during earthquake it is stronger less danger from falling of debris. Our house division is also narra wood my Dad save it before. Happy to see you're back home with Bret with you and Cateel guys. Bret's idea is genius but champorado is yummy if you use pilit malagkit rice boiled with cacao added sugar and condensed milk but my finally topping I'd prefer is evaporated milk it blends well and funny we like to eat Tuyo or bulad with champorado try it😊. Good thing you have natural Sauna hot spring what a lovely place. You know I laugh when you call the dog Blackie he is not black hahaha and nalipat means you omit or miss to do a thing instead. There's a subtle difference, Kulas: Lipat "transfer", the stress is on the 1st syllable: LEE-pat Lipat "to get tricked"/"to get confused", the stress is on the 2nd syllable: lih-PAT. It's a desert-dessert kind of thing.

Batirol in bisaya, batidor in spanish. It's the exact same method to make hot chocolate drinks in mexico, brett. The jug is called chocolatera in spanish, tsokolatera in filipino. Chocolate -> sikwate, tablilla -> tablea, cacao -> kakaw.
