Wow it's amazing how russians truly appreciate filipino cuisine. Appreciating one's food is the best way to bridge friendship among people of different races.

My friend from russia, you must use evaporated milk for your Pininyahang manok recipe, gata or coconut milk is not a substitute for that evaporated milk. Here in the Philippines, I use Alaska evaporated milk with yellow label when i cook pininyahang manok. Alaska evaporated milk has varieties, the one labeled with white and the one labeled with yellow. The latter suits for cooking.
