7yrs ksa as company nurse at diniploy sa petrochemical industry , im gathering also my requirements planning to apply as ukrn step by step. tanong lng manong george regarding sa experience acceptable din ba ang exp kng mag balik hospital ako . Nakaka wala kasi ng confidence lalot matagal walang exposure sa hospital setting. Pa advise naman manong para ma boost confidence ko. Salamat.

Here in saudi, they mostly dont know how to wait, specially uneducated patients. Relatives are too much here specially in wards. Nurses are mostly termed as maids by other locals. Nurses dont have voice during multidisciplinary rounds with doctors. Professional progression is poor. You will never become a charge nurse if your head doesnt like you even you are already 10 years working and you are very much deserving to get that position. Sadly, you will stay as staff nurse only. Lastly, nurses here are sometimes being scolded as massagers by locals because, our uniforms, even white coats and stethoscope are being worned by the massagers here. Those are nurse-wanabees or feeling nurse in short (so never go to malls on your uniforms to avoid being bashed as massagers) In terms of salary- its very satisfying if you are in govt hospitals.

I can relate mam almost all of your comparison, lalo na sa terms dito, lalo pag nag hahandover, may abbreviations na hindi naman gnagamit like pt transfer via SS AO1, twoc, pero one thing I appreciate din yung mga pasyente ang babait, somfar sa nahandle ko, yung bigla hahawakan kamay mo at sasabihan ni granny ng thank you for all the efforts you all have done here, alam mong sincere. and marami pang iba.. hehehehe

Ang kuwait po at Qatar ang malaki magpasahod ng mga nurses compared sa Saudi marami pong mga nurses dito sa kuwait na nagtotour sa europe london Canada at Usa kasi nga po malaki ang saving nila kasi no tax at libre lahat mas malaki po ang savings dito compared dyan yan po ay according sa mga friends ko na galing dito na nagwork dyan at nakabisita na po ako ng twice dyan sa uk kaya ako mismo alam ko buhay dyan.

If i am working in saudi without saudi nursing license. . Still can i apply for uk?
