I’m not a dancer (I have zero rhythm) and this is the only season of so you think you can dance that I watched, but it was mainly because of him. You are definitely right about demanded attention.

He killed himself. He's no legend at all. He had a wife and children who loved and depended on him and he killed himself. Horrible. Just horrible!

Oh my god...this breaks me just watching this. One of my favorite routines tWitch did with Fiksun. I'm amazed I never met him, but I had mad respect for him. And was happy for what a life he'd made for himself. I guess the waters of his soul, ran in ways many never really knew. I hope he can rest in a way this world didn't allow him to after all.

Always made me happy to see him dancing, what a sad day in the dance world. He will be missed.

I haven’t stopped crying since it was announced he died. He motivated me to dance. To know he was going threw a battle alone and lost has me speechless. I keep wondering and trying to figure out what he felt was so hard that it was worth ending it. He shouldn’t be gone right now how did no one notice. I’m so overwhelmed and I guess it’s because that could have been me at any moment I suffer from depression and I guess it scares me because I’m so good at hiding my pain and sadness. RIP Twitch I will keep fighting to stay here and honor your memory 🙏🏼😭

My chest feels heavy when I think about this. But we just don't know; maybe his wife DID notice; maybe he was getting help; maybe the medication made him sluggish and out of it and he just couldn't cope with that. But maybe you're right; maybe he spread so much positivity he didn't think anyone would understand what he was going through. It's the most tragic story. I just can't believe it myself. The last thing I would have ever expected. I suffer from depression as well and as you know it deteriorates the mind over time; tells you things that just aren't true. Will never forget him.

I’m so saddened by his loss. He brought joy and talent to a broken world. May Allison and his children find peace, and peace be with him 😭

RIP Twitch.... Keep dancing in Heaven!

Twitch, another angel dancing in heaven! A father, husband, a friend, an absolute brilliant dancer!! I got to meet him when they went on tour. He was so humble and fun! RIP to the legend, Twitch Boss!

Wowww! It’s still so hard to Believe he is no longer with us. He was that Diamond in the Rough. He Embodied the Art of Dancing. I mean the way he moves and he was like Poetry in Motion when ever Performing. Such an Amazing Dancer. Twitch his middle name definitely suited him and his Controlled body movements were just INSANE! He was So So loved by many all over the World and back. He was that Bright light but Sadly his Bright light stopped Shining way too soon. You will be forever Loved and Missed dearly. Damn i still can't believe he's gone 😔 I wish he would have reached out to someone. It is so important to be kind to others and show love to all strangers you come across. You never know what they are going through in their mind, and all they need sometimes, is a smile, a kind word, and a little encouragement. Stop judging others

"this too shall pass" to whoever's feeling low for a while needs to know this world is temporary and so is everything in it. It will all pass eventually, dont waste what you've achieved over so many years and gotten after so many prayers over a situation you're in that you've either already dealt with over so many years or something that wont even matter a couple of years later. Just know you're worth more and there's alot left for you to prove.

My heart is aching. RIP to the man and the legend.

R.I.P. Stephen "tWitch" Boss, please spread some love and heartfelt condolences to his family. Twitch was what he used to call his old ride, an aqua-green ’92 Toyota Paseo which THE Montgomery native remembers as being super raggedy and would accelerate on its own sometimes.

I wish there was some way he could have been enveloped by, ingested, used; the love, admiration and awe many of us felt for him to defeat his depression. Twitch was the reason I began to like SYTYCD again. He defended the dancers against the often low key, harsh criticisms of some judges. He was a light to others through his own darkness. What a loss

Twitch was a beast. Big man , big talent, big loss to the world. We'll never forget him
