from what ive heard the CP-13 is actually pretty decent

I bought it. It worked great for the first day. After playing four tapes something broke inside it, and while the capstan still spins, neither the take up or supply hubs spin anymore. I assume a belt snapped, but no point in trying to open it up to find out. I’m returning it for a refund.

@@fernandoanaya6855 While it was working the audio quality was fine. I didn't notice any wow and flutter nor the speed and azimuth issues most people call out. It seemed on par with mass market cassette Walkmen from back in the day. (To be clear, I'm not talking about high end Sony units, but the entry level players that most people actually had).

Available i wanted this
