Thankful for being a morning person. In the summer when we get so much daylight I can usually get to the park before 6am and have a good few hours completely alone before work. Bliss!!

I believe so. Not sure what their current situation is. Hopefully they will be able to get back going. I know the tornado did a significant amount of damage to the community in Nashville.

Was a fun one.

I know the struggle way too well... I've been riding there for all my 8 years of bmx and when its a nice day out you know its gonna be busy. weekends in the summer are awful

My local park is the only good skate park within an hour's drive. It turns into a zoo after 11am. The "No Bikes" edict is frequently ignored, and my closest near-misses have come from bikes dropping into bowls I'm already skating. One of my more recent crashes came when I had to re-route my line after a kid on a bike cut off my exit. If we had a pump track, that would help at keeping the bikes out of the skate park. Don't even know where the nearest one of those is.

What kind of protection do you use for shin / knee / hips?

Gform knee pads, soccer shin guards. No hip pads.

Can you do a video on your warmup?

Not from the area so I can’t really say. Best best for skateparks though is to go early. Weekdays during business hours being best. Weekends after 12pm being the worst.

This is a free park

I don't mind kids or people learning. But parents who toss thier kid who can barely ride a whatever they're on into a skatepark and leave them unattended really piss me off. Your 3yo should not be experiencing thier first day on a scooter in the most popular skatepark at 7pm, without any help, no debating that.
