As per my opinion mobile phone is most crucial part of our life. and i classify to one quotes "over use of mobile phone is harmful for our life" like thinking is good but overthinking is not goods. same like use of mobile is good but overuse of mobile is not good. and one point remembered always exemption is always there we can't change every one but we can change definitely our self.

As per my opinion every thing has two sides one is advantage and second is disadvantage .. it's all up to us how we use the things. We should always be wise to ourselves if we are using the mobile phone for any wrong thing Then the mobile phone is not bad for the person who is using the phone is wrong . In my opinion, Every subject has two aspects.So in mobile conversation has advantage and disadvantage. Advantage of mobile is recognised any person who has skill and live in Village and not applicable to go tier 1 or 2 cities so, he can perform on digital platforms and so on many advantages in other hand disadvantage of mobile is it decreases eye effectiveness so we struggle with eye shortage and it also release harmful lights which effect people daily routine like timely wake up,take sufficient break and so on Thank you.
