Pretty short and sweet review man. Solid detail and showing the bag being worked out on. I liked where you show where you can fill it with water or sand I was worried on if the hole was going to be a pain. ❤

Does it move when you hit it? Also, how long before padding on bag wears down?

Will the punch trackers still work if you don’t purchase the membership? Is there a way for them to track your punch count without paying them a monthly fee?

Would this make too much noise for an apartment complex ?

hmm... Thats a tough one. First floor you may be ok, upper floors probably not. I have 350 pounds of sand in mine at our house and workout at 5:30am, and it doesnt wake up my kids... But that may be tough in an apartment complex

@@RJRecommends does the bag make the room shake or anything? It might be loud if you hit the bag hard, but I’d be doing this during the day or early evenings, nothing super late.

Unfortuantely I would say yes, but that would be the same with any heavy bag. A few in the FC community have done 350 pounds of sand and then added water to that and it mostly eliminates the shake, but that would also make the bag base so heavy to move if you ever needed to and a pain to empty the base...
