Confront this lady and let her know that you knew that somebody is putting her up to this charade of being in love with the engineer. Expose who she is and her charade and find out who’s behind all of this. To end this for now, you and the engineer get married secretly and do a big wedding celebrations later on after finishing working on the house. This will give you peace of mind and if she continues to harass mr engineer and you file complaint against her to stop the insanity of her actions or block her phone numbers. Good luck to you both.
