    Those TFC guys are so cool, they replied to my suggetion and actually the reason is sensable: ''The rule should change to 1 on 1 all together. Team A only have 1 man left. And with all the damages he took, if he can beat other 4 players 1 on 1, that would be the best comeback ever.'' ''Hello Mirza, Thank you very much for your interest in the TFC project and for your ideas. We agree that the format you are suggesting gives more possibilities and is much closer to the traditional MMA but in our format we are trying to be closer to the real world where you can't stop or postpone the fight. Yes, as of today there were no cases when team who lost the first fighter won but we hope to see it in future. Once again, thank you very much for your ideas, it is very important for us to see the feedback. Cheers, TFC''

    Basically whoever eliminates a opponent first wins . Once it’s 2 on 1 it’s over for the single Fighter then it goes to go on as 3 on one and it goes down as a chain until the team wins

    The more interesting development of the rules, I believe, would be that it was game over after the first casualty, and not the other suggestion to make 2vs1 illegal. Cutting the match short wont change anything except lower the rates of pointless injury. The goal of the game is to break the weakest link and the condition for acchieving that is that you prevent the opponent from breaking your own weakest link, and that's a great format for a team game. I think the fighters need time to develop into better team players, and then more great plays and good calls will flow naturally from the game, and the audience will learn to appreciate and understand what's happening with the help of slow motion replay of each match within the match.

    And that's a perfect showing of what it's like to be a boxer vs people who do multiple martial art styles (mma) as soon as the takedown happened it was over. This shows the more versatile your martial art knowledge and training the better you can handle yourself.

    They actually replied me about that rule. But at least they should give them more chance like ''round system'' or elemination. Still they are right about the current rule cause thats what happens in real street team fights: Hello Mirza, Thank you very much for your interest in the TFC project and for your ideas. We agree that the format you are suggesting gives more possibilities and is much closer to the traditional MMA but in our format we are trying to be closer to the real world where you can't stop or postpone the fight. I personally like the real world aspect of TFC, It reminds me of when my friends and i would go against another crew, square off and start fighting, there are no time outs in real life. Everyone has lost the real world aspect of hand to hand combat because of all the rules in MMA these days. If you want a 1v1 with a lot of rules watch the ufc.

    all the people that say, "oh, this is good but you need to change this and that and then it would be better/safer." here's an idea. don't watch. seriously, i'm not trying to sound like an ass but it's true. this isn't done in america. they don't have to tone it down and i'm glad they don't. that's what makes it different. don't watch something and then critique it and then expect them to tailor fit the rules to your liking.

    I almost agree.. a team of guys weighing 220lbs fighting a team of guys weighing 170lbs is pointless.. I know the winning team before it starts by the mismatch in weight.. other then having weight classes Id say keep everything else the same..

    test drive agreed. Once one guy goes down on the other team it just becomes a matter of outnumbering the other guys. Perhaps if they had substitutes on the team so once one gets knocked out another goes in it would make it more interesting. I also agree that some of these tactics are pretty brutal. Two guys kneeing someones skull while someone pounds away at them seems like a death waiting to happen.

    I certainly see how TFC can be likened to Nascar whereas regular MMA is more like dragrace. But I think the potential for injury is considerable. People snapping in submissions in order to save seconds so they can get the snowball rolling. Also, anyone caught in a submission may postpone tapping to the point of injury knowing they will be watching the tapout replay with their teammates. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

    The rules should be: first person out and it's over, if you can't 2v1 then the whole thing is pointless. but if it was first person out is over then the whole match would be over in like 5 seconds as 1 person would just get annihilated, but then again i guess the whole skill would be not to let that happen. It's an interresting concept.

    I'm not sure I see the point in this. There may be 10 guys in the ring but it looks like only one of the five fights really matters. After one of the 5 guys wins his individual fights its over for the other team. I have watched 4 or five of these now and I have yet to see a team come back and win a match after being on the losing end of whichever fight ends first. I also haven't seen them switch it up and try to tag team a guy early so its always 1 vs 1 at the start. So why not just fight 1 vs 1.

  • @trafalgarlawn7124

    @trafalgarlawn7124

    BIGSKY222 But that's just it. That's where all the strategy lies. What this sport is really about is protecting your weakest link. There's nothing stopping one guy from breaking his fight temporarily to help his teammate. If that happened more often, we wouldn't see as many submissions. If this sport had more time to evolve, it could be very exciting.
