Literally how? The last world cup was in Qatar, which was a serious joke (A nation that only started caring about football in 2005), but the US has qualified for most world cups, and have by far the highest attendance world cup ever, 1994. It had 3.5 million attendees, in 52 games. None of the 64 game world cups were able to have attendance that high, not even Brazil. Average attendance in 1994 was 69k, per game. the next highest is Brazil 2014, with 53,500. Over 15k more per game. I know football people love to hate America, but Americans turn out en masse when the world cup arrives, moreso than any other nation. and btw, im not American.
