It isnt actually a whiteboard it is the poster board stuff basically just paper. You can get it for about $1 in the states. That's why it us massive but ironically super cheap

21:40 movies have had intermissions before so this is actually a very feasible idea from andy! Gone with the Wind had an intermission when it was released in 1939, and Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight paid homage to this old style by having an intermission as well. Could definitely be something more filmmakers can pursue!

We have intermissions at theatres in India. Mostly because Indian moves are at least 2.5-3 hours. Naturally they extended the intermissions to hollywood movies as well and pause it around the halfway mark.

I’ve watched Oppenheimer and i have to be honest it did not feel like a 3 hour movie. Compared to the latest avatar movie that felt like it lasted forever. For that reason I don’t think you need a break for Oppenheimer but you definitely could use one for other movies.
