A win is a win Vasquez added and the players would do what it takes to ensure that in accordance and alignment to the plans and tactics that I provide for them.
Vasquez added I give my players the ability to improvise sometimes to give them that freedom to develop their confidence on how to shine in the big games under tremendous pressure and they do succeed through following the tactics in addition to being mentally decisive and alert/switched on at all times.
