I love the fact the Neal shows everything in his gameplay, the little mistakes we make he absolutely shows it honestly that he makes it too and that’s what makes the game less frustrating knowing pros are vulnerable too This guy is the real deal 🔥

great video, this is pretty much exactly what I've learned from playing and you've put it into words perfectly. This is why I had Lukaku on the bench and gabriel jesus in the pitch, without that left stick dribbling with the balance and agility you lose a huge advantage for getting into the box and evading defenders

Bro seriously these tips are awesome. Just by reducing the use of the sprint button and keeping an eye on which player the opponent has selected, i have already improved my attacking games massively and it even made my defence better. Thanks!

Seriously why does FIFA randomly speed up, I feel like it just lag but like for that certain time the game just feel faster and harder to control. Then when I come back like next time the game is back to normal. Is it just me or everyone? I feel like there’s so much shit in this game people just don’t wanna talk about it. Random games where everyone has 90+ pace then other games your ronaldo is being caught up to by John stones. Your defence AI is trash when the computer is literally playing the game for your opponent they don’t even need to defend. It’s so obvious. I get the advantages aswell where it’s so easy to win but it shouldn’t happen at all. It’s bs

Amazing video. Thanks Neal. This is actually what makes the game difficult for me this year. Left stick dribbling is very essential. Doing skill moves don't work as much again. Those of us with high pings find it difficult to do. So I mainly use the adult and the strafe dribbling

The Magic button that even in this video does not tell you is without spint, press R1+Left stick to what direction you want to "avoid" opponent. Player changes the possision of the Ball very very quickly and it gives you space for run or pass or shoot. THIS is game changer, try it

So L3 dribbling is what i have been missing thanks.

Something I'd add here, especially with players who have lower agility and balance, is to implement close control dribbling to do your fakes and exits.

The humans seem to defend kind of dumb. Legendary CPU dont do this and it would require a lot more precise timing of left stick dribbling with combination of skill moves to past them. The CPU hugs you and read your move so well.

im new to fifa22, was r3 ever used, or just lstick dribbling used? i feel like everytime i leftstick dribble i lose the ball..

Because i don't know how to dribble very well i pass a lot and try to make openings that way, using a very wide 4-3-3, but when i play against a very good player i just can't get close to their box, i'll try this next time, thank you!

Great vid Neal. I’ve been playing fifa for years and I still don’t really understand what the balance stat does. As an example, I play competitive pro clubs and my player has 93 agility & 96 dribbling, but only 79 balance. However, my player still feels good on the ball despite low balance. Does balance simply effect how likely a player is to fall from physical contact? Or does it have a direct influence on dribbling ability?

Exactly, high balance helps the player to turn faster but it seems to be only if agility is high too. Lower balance makes your player loose ball more easely with lighter contact. But these characteristics also get affected by other factors like height, weight, unique body time, hidden stats like ball reach and so on. Low balance have never affected cristiano for example. So 90 balance is not the same on every player with 90 balance if that makes sense.

Its the height of the Player that make the big difference

Idk if my controller is broken or what but my players never ever do this, when I try it they feel so clunky

How do you defend against left stick dribbling though, I think alot of players left stick dribble but defending against it is a nightmare.

Di natale has better left stick dribbling than Ronaldo and he's a similar price. But honestly I prefer Ronaldo due to his broken animations to skill move

lol Ronaldo with Hunter is still the best striker in the game, the most complete and there is no problem on dribbling with him

I don't like such gameplay is against my rules, i am a player who go straight on attack but in defending it's easy to stop this if you don't have lag and timing is good. Take a player who is good at sliding then go harsh in before he turns. Most likely you will get a card or win the challenge.

So what do you suggest? R1 agile dribbling or stick dribbling?
