Ea had a say? Lol.. if for example Mbappe wasn’t voted in by fans, EA would completely override that and put him in anyway because he’s on the cover. Weather the fans have a say or not is questionable.

The issue with *Dele Alli:* If you compare how Alli's form drizzled out with how Kane grew in importance for Spurs, it's easy to see the situation. Originally Alli done his best work in the hole behind the striker, but then Kane began dropping into that hole to link play more, feeding the ball out to Son & co alot more. This not only took Alli out of alot more of the attacking action going into the final third but also knocked his confidence. Hopefully Everton help him regain his spark

The FIFA TOTY was separated from the Ballon D'or and 'The Best' awards etc years ago and now anyone who plays FIFA vote for it on the EA website. There's a voting system that comes out like a week before TOTY every year. EA reserve the right to alter the XI if they want. 12th man is purely a vote too as it's done via a Player Pick.

i believe the fan votes count to as much of 10% and then EA has a final say, usually is related to the fifpro xi but ea has a final say for in game

First of all, Ballond'or and Fifa now have different awards, they have seperated since like 2018. Ballond'or is voted by responsible journalists of every country and Fifa Awards are voted by every national team captains and coaches, as well as community all around the world. Now, EA Sports FIFA doesn't follow any of those awards to decide what they are going to announce as TOTY team. Most of it is decided by the FIFA playing community by public vote. But there is also an intervention by EA Sports, who get the final saying. There was big controversy this year, because even before 12th man vote had evene started on FIFA it was already leaked, that the 12th man will be Cristiano Ronaldo. So no matter how everyone votes, it was already going to be Ronaldo
