Matt, could please you address in a video about the movement of the players in Fifa and pes like how sometime the characters feet slip on ice and also the pop/jolt in the players when they walk or celebrate almost like a speed change. The video could be based on the physics of the game (not just the players but the ball too) and how the 2017 version of games have changed this, because I really think this lets down the game in terms of realism. If you could respond to this comment that would be great, thanks.

Matt I really dont know what to buy. I have always been a fifa fan and probz always will be but this year pes looks so incredible that it makes me want to buy pes more. However, the problem with Pes is that it does not have awesome game modes that fifa has (Ultimate team,Career Mode,The Journey). I think this year pes and fifa are gonna knock any game out of the market. They are both amazing.

As a FIFA fan for many years, I was so dissapointed in fifa 16 that I downloaded the demo for both FIfa 17 and PES 17.. I've never played PES but the major difference that stood out was the through balls were angled differently depending on the run, like I sent one overhead into the box and the player trapped it off his chest on the run. I've never had Fifa do something that realistic. Not sure which I'll buy this year, but is there a way to switch the PES controller buttons to match FIFAs?

If Fifa had Justice songs like New Lands that was playing in the background, I'd be all over the soundtrack..

Is it me or did anyone else think that Suarez looked like a fish in the thumbnail? 😂

I think that there should be a challenge like score 1000 goals to unlock a legend or a totw or just a great player. That way people who actually play the game and are good get rewarded not just people with there parents credit card.

Me personally would love if you could take your shirt off when you score and when you play career mode /your pro mode when your customising your player you could add tattoos

one thing that would be really cool is if they did domination mode like 2K. They could have one for bpl, LA liga, Bundesliga, etc. You get a pack after beating each team and stuff. That would be really fun!

Never had played pes always fifa since 07 but I can really see a deep improvement in pes this year especially since they'll actually have the Camp Nou for barca but I'll get both and see how they are

I really miss those fast passing and combinations in Fifa.

5v5 online street/smaller pitch mode (pretty much like mypark on 2k). I would enjoy that more than pro clubs, and you won't have to play with as many AI players cause you can make a 5 player squad, whether with friends or people you meet online

Hopefully pro clubs is fixed on FIFA 17

Fifa 17 is taking much bigger steps forward in terms of gameplay, graphics etc. imo

If they were decently priced I'd get both. But it seems like they'd hike it up compared to last year which means I'll have to decide. Probably gonna try both demos first before deciding. FIFA currently has the edge because they have the licenses.

fifa in a nut shell, kick it to a pacey player and run dwn the wing cut inside, thats been more r less fifa's game play for the past few years lol and the shelding looks to OP if you ask me, watching the vid of the player shelding of the defender looks very OP!! the defender cudnt do a thing about it from wot i cud see in there vid. to be honest i think pes looks so nice this year and the game play as always looks quick and simple. for looks and game play i'd have to go with pes..... fifa will be the same as always a pacey game.

I will have to say Fifa because of the detail and the feel of the game especially having the story mode this year on Fifa but pes does look strong especially the scene where Neymar took his shirt off and that's one thing I want to see the next Fifa

The peso kits and the camera of the trailer from a far it's like Fifa 2004

- Come on, its clearly obvious, Fifa is a more polished game. The player models looks so real, you can clearly tell the difference in height between Hazard and Blind unlike PES where they all look like dwarfs. I know Fifa looks robotic sometimes but they look 3 dimensional, compared to PES where they look so flat. - Also Fifa players has their boots on the turf unlike PES, it feels like they are gliding on it. It sucks away the realism. - And you can't deny Fifa looks more like a game you'd watch on SkySport compared to PES where everything is so dull. - I know PES plays better cos it gives you more time on the ball and the players faces looks outstanding, but even at that, there's no excitement. - See Fifa has its faults but overall, it just a better game.

I agree worst football game ever

FIFA 17 is really trying to make the game as close to reality as possible, while PES 17 are more concerned with the fantasy of how extravagant football could be (You can easily tell from the PES 17 trailer)

So I for some reason got banned on FIFA 16. Will this go away when FIFA 17 comes out

like the two previous years I'll be getting both. My club and Ultimate team made me stop caring about licenses. Can never get enough football. Both games are looking awesome. Why miss out?

I remember me and all my schoolmates are crazy about fifa 98 back then. The soundtrack was catchy i still remember to this day, woo hoo from blur. But then someone came and bring game called winning eleven 4, with all that kanji we didn't understand and japanese commentator... Geez... But when we play, we can see the differences. FIFA was too easy, we can score with our CB bring the ball thru the field with all the special skills: rabona, zidane turn etc you name it. When playing WE, when we first shoot all the ball goes to the sky because we need to control the power. Not took us very long time to realize which game are better. The essential never changed. FIFA always better on the entertainment/presentation.. i.e goal celebration, stadiums, player faces. But on gameplay, no one can beat the realistic of PES. If you want to play games, play FIFA. IF you want to feel play real football, play PES

pes needs the actual names for teams like Liverpool instead of Mersey side red or something

unfortunately wont happen. FIFA own football then put out a game every year called FIFA 17,18 etc. They will not give the licenses to PES, it would be bad business. Doing so they would lose all the casual gamers and people who wont buy it for that reason. SO you know, there is a easy to download patch this year coming out on PES which updates the names and kits DAY ONE, they aren't aloud to advertise it properly. but it will be easily accessible to everyone (apparently).

last year i've seen people saying they're gonna switch to pes 2016, i'm seeing the same people again, make up your mind lol
