💚Yes! My grandson and I were talking about that on the way to his school this morning. God is THE designer and creator of everything on Earth, even our windshield was made from the sand that God created!
Linda, Phoebe is wonderful! She's a wealth of knowledge and filled with spirited enthusiasm. You should have her as a guest more often.
Phoebe is just too cute! She has a great energy.

my thoughts exactly, she is adorable and has a great knowledge of plants.
My jade tree is larger than that. It is over 50 years old when it was gifted to me two year ago. It is so large I had my husband build me a greenhouse with a bay window to place it in!
I would love a segment with Phoebe on plant care, specically using neem oil. She is a wealth of knowledge.
My darling niece sure knows her stuff! So proud of you, Phoebe!
I decorated my 1974 dorm room with a rubber tree, and that plant still decorates a south window in my bedroom. I've had to prune off large sections several times to keep the plant in check, but I totally agree that it is easy care.
Love Phoebe! So cute with her pink cheeks and so knowledgeable!
Despite the snow and ice outside, I feel that spring isn't too far away. Thank you Phoebe for your expertise. So glad to see Leah and Linda and to hear Stewart.

Interesting to hear how each chose a favorite plant. Just loved the secret hot house of plants.
Sweet Phoebe! Always love seeing Phoebe. She is so knowledgeable! ❤
Love hearing Stewart's giggle ❤
Nurseries are some of my favorite happy places.
If I were new to this channel and had no idea who Leah is, I would for sure think this is a beautiful mother and daughter team with so much love and joy ❣️❣️❣️❣️
Yes, in the 70's, any college kid who had an apartment put a rubber tree in it. I thought someone was going to choose the pencil cactus. I think they are stunning, and very much like a sculpture. Thanks for this great video, Linda!
Oh wow! Stewart, I love the new intro!! Linda and Leah, you ladies are too much fun. Really enjoyed this!
I love when you meet with Phoebe. She is so interesting relaying her knowledge. What a great video this was to see her again! Love her enthusiasm.
So excited to see the new plants! Especially for Valentines since it’s one of my favorite day. My daughter is single so every year She and I make a tea party for us.
I have had bromeliads as houseplants that lasted for at least a year It’s a beautiful houseplant
This was lovely, so good to see the wonderful Phoebe.
Phoebe really knows plants --- this video was so interesting. She seems like such a sweet person too. I enjoyed all of you on this video.
Always enjoy seeing Phoebe! Love her personality 🌿
Yes, flashbacks to the seventies, the rubber trees and jade plants! Great memories. Phoebe is adorable, both smart and beautiful. 🩷
Yes Linda…I’m 70 & remember macrame & houseplants craze! lol (I’d be getting that jade plant or the pencil cactus!)
Wonderful tour of Calverts! Thank you Phoebe and Linda.
Love a great garden center in winter
Definitely, the jade plant. What a fabulous nursery, such fun and Phoebe is full of great knowledge and enthusiasm. I'd totally forgotten about the fern bars . Hope they are making a comeback. So many of those plants were reminiscent of my first apartment. Great nostalgia video.
I was also a 70’s college student so this was so much fun, Linda. It’s a hard choice between the jade and the olive tree. Not sure I could decide…Loved seeing sweet Phoebe again, as well as all of you! Thank you for sharing!
Love this plant "heaven" ! So many beautiful plants and pots! It gives me a much needed boost in this bitter cold weather!🤗🌿
Thanks so much for this video loved it & the garden center. Phobe was great too!!!
Phoebe is adorable and so knowledgeable
Oh get both!! Olive tree and jade. You will only give them the best life!! Love this tour!❤❤❤
The first time you took us to Calvert’s and met Phoebe I sensed a little connection between Stewart and Phoebe. Same sense to day. Really cute.
I love visiting garden centers year round! There is always something to look at, and maybe look at some things more intently when there's less other showy merchandise competing for your attention! We have a sunroom at our house where we overwinter as many plants as I can cram in. During this recent cold blast, I wondered if it was worth the effort of having to run space heaters a couple of times a day to maintain a decent minimum temperature. Some winters, I've barely had to use the heaters at all, but one prolonged cold snap can be a challenge. But yes, it was worth it, on those cold days, being able to step out for a few minutes and enjoy the greenery, and there's almost always something in bloom, even if not prolifically. And, yes, the earthy aroma is a mood lifter, too!
I could have done an al nighter at the green House, those plants were stunning ❤
Love all of the plants
Hi, Linda. Thank you for your video. Best wishes! ❤
Wonderful video and info…wouldn’t a jade plant look spectacular in your bathroom! Congrats on the 1000 videos! You are such an inspiration!
Loved my brass plant pole and macrame hanging pots
Great video, nice to see Phoebe, as you three got to tour the new areas 😊
Hoya for me. The flowers and the scent of this plant are truly tropical.
I’m San Diego right now and there are flowering jade plants EVERYWHERE! Love them❤️

Yes! I would just cut off some and replant. Easy. Jade plants are top heavy so would often cut back.
❤ Phoebe!! She s a star!!
Wow what greenhouse!😊
Oh WOW!!! My kind of place...
I have a huge Hoya I can’t wait till spring for mine to flower I hope love it
what fun !
I loved the Song of India. Yes I remember the 70's. It has all come back around. You went for the jade plant first so that is what I think you would like best.
Those jades are fabulous! I think you need one of those!
Jade plant for me - absolutely love them! Phoebe, you are a joy! ♥
Oh, Linda. We are very close in age. I graduated Highschool in 77. This tour was so fun. Thank you. I would get thr jade.😉
Its a small world in Oklahoma City! Those blooming jade trees are amazing. I have a thing for Jades!
Nice opening ❤
The answer to picking either the jade plant or olive tree is of course pick both! Y'all are all wonderful...Thank you for what you do!
Hi Linda. Great video.❤
Me encantan sus vídeos!!!
Lovely gardens. I also look at albums of lovely flowers which I have collected to. Need me up!
Ok, Leah, must know what brand of boot you have on! They are adorable! 😊
I think one of the small trees in the south greenhouse would be beautiful in your “public bathroom“. It has the perfect southern exposure🌳
Giant purse!
Oh Linda That Jade plant ❤❤❤❤ I’m going to see if my local nursery has them 🎉
❤ LOVE VIDEO
I went to that nursery when I was there a couple of years ago and saw their large jades. I hadn’t had one in decades and didn’t want to risk the spectacular plant or price til I practiced on a smaller one. My smaller test jade has been doing well for two years by my southern windows so I see a large one in my future. I love their interesting structure more than the olive tree but a think the olive would look nice in your home. You can’t go wrong.
I would love the Jade, because i had in back in the 70’s as well!
That was such a treat. Phoebe is awesome. I would pick the Jade if I had a choice of plants.
I have a beautiful jade plant. It’s going on 12 years. It sits on my front porch East /south facing. It bloom this year for the first time and it’s is just about as big as those that Calverts I live in Fresno California
I loved seeing what I use to grow as house plants in the 70’s. I still like the plants. I had a 4 ft. potted jade plant that bloomed, a donkey tail succulent that hung with many strands in my bedroom window and stick plants that almost reached the ceiling. They were the beginning of my growing plant passion. Calvert’s Plant Interior’s is a wonderful place to shop in Oklahoma City. The three of you looked so nice. I hope everyone will watch this video.😊😊😊

Whatever the problem is, it is within the KZread platform form, and I don’t know that we have a lot of control over it. Some people are experiencing it and some people aren’t. I just watched it and it’s in sync on mine so I’m not sure what’s going on. We are researching it.

@@LindaVaterI just watched it again. I thought maybe you contacted UTube. It is working now. I believe it is one of the best videos you have done. I will go back and see if I can delete my comments. I didn’t see how I could let you know any other way.❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
I would choose the Jade. I live in Georgia and zone eight and mine stay in the hot, hot, hot sun Southern exposure all summer long and I watered them once a week. In the winter I bring them in and they’re on top of my freezer in the garagethey have grown double the size. They do not like to be put in a larger pot. They like to be root bound.
This Flower Girl would dig having the agave tree! It’s so sculptural. 😂
The Jade...for sure.. A 70's girl..❤
Ballerina pink bromeliads are sweet, but fuchsia are a close 2nd 🥰
Great video 💕. Phoebe is a sweetheart 🥰. And I love Suzanne 🥰💕. Thank you
I would have a difficult time selecting one, but between the two you mentioned, Linda, I think you need the jade plant. It would look wonderful on a pedestal in your parlor.
From the recent video showing you rooting jade... and I commented mine grow to 6 feet or more if I don't break them off. One tip I must give you... is that years ago we had an arctic breeze come through California and I didn;t know to cover the jade, so they all turned completely into black mush! So with your weather fluctuations, be mindful.
Jade Plant is so Cool I think it would work out for you Linda
Had planned to see you when you were in California for your presentation, but have to work. Sooo sad to miss. If you'd like inspiration around San Diego, be sure to look at the landscaping around Solano Beach, Encinitas, and Del Mar. There are lot of beautiful water smart landscapes in the area, both in residential and retail/commercial areas.
Love this video. Waiting for spring. I think I'm going to find a jade plant
The onyx boats are from a supplier at Roundtop in Texas they are beautiful
I would get the jade! I so enjoyed this video.
Go for a jade tree Linda, they really look amazing.
I have a jade plant that is 34 years old. Its main stem is aboutb3" diameter. I have taken many many cuttings from it over the years. It has lived in michigan and wisconsin all of its life 😂
Phoebe too smart and knowledgeable! Young and inquisitive
Wow! Loved loved loved seeing this video. 70's is back! Makes me want to go buy loads of house plants. Now where to put them?! 🤔
Linda that lip color looks so pretty on you!💋💄
I enjoyed this content and Phoebe is very knowledgeable; I would get the Jade for the parlor.
my jade plants are from 1976! The trunks are inches and inches thick.

How often do you water your jade?
That was fun. Love Phoebe. Fuschia ! I love the look of Polka Dot plants but I have one and it drives me nuts, it always gets all leggy, even if I pinch it. .
Linda, Everyone, you guys must watch the movie, Family Reunion ❤
JADE❣️❤❤❤
I love Lea’s boots. Please let me know where she got them.
I'd take one of each shade! LOL!
Go for the jade
The rubber plant makes me think of my grandma. I’m a jade plant girl.
Going to find myself a jade plant.
Almost 10 yrs ago, I got a small bromilliad and was told to water from the top, between the leaves. 😢 it definitely rotted away. I haven't tried tropical plants since. It's good to learn that they should b water like other plants in case I try again. I have an agave, that's doing great and a Cactus that has grown a lot since I got. I bought them from the "grave yard" (back of the store, where they discount plants). They are in great health. If we put effort in learning (some $ sometimes) and take care of plants they can all live great healthy lives. Love to have one of those jades. Im working on some small ones for now🪴🌵😊🌷
Jade, any day.😊❤
Go with a X-Large jade they’re gorgeous
Đẹp quá.
I'm laughing at the "house plants" they're outdoor plants here in Florida. Enjoying the greenhouse visit.
Jade!!!
Jades very picky I had a huge one didn’t do good do not over water it will turn to mush the stocks
