Diversity of India a guy from Arunachal Pradesh playing a role of. Gorkha soldier . This guy who played the role of a soldier is Mr Arunachal of 2017 . He is an amazing guy . I really pray that he gets more recognition and through him we may connect Bollywood and the north eastern parts of India . No doubt we do have lots of talent around here it’s just that only few people are educated about north east . Because she feared that manekshaw would lead a coup and overthrow her govt by posing and implementing marshal law in the country, Indira Gandhi believed that manekshaw was competent enough to make every soldier in the army pledge his allegiance to him. That was why he was dangerous because manekshaw himself said that there is a difference between ability and motives, he himself accepted the fact that it was within his power to overthrow the government but he has no interest in politics, his place was in the battlefield not in pm seat.

In the history of India only two army officers have reached the rank of " Field marshal " (which is the highest rank in Indian Army ) . Sir Sam Bahadur was one of them.

Those who don't know who's Sam, he was the general of Indian army in 1971 and helped Bangladesh to get independence, also survived 9 bullets directly in chest.

One of the most famous at most decorated war hero of all the India SAM

What are you talking about .he received his pension and in 2007 was even given 1.3 cr by the president (abdul kalam )as arrears (because he was promoted as field martial in 1972 but didn't receive full compensation ).The day he passed away was declared a day of nation mourning. He even received the padma vibushan for his service in 1972.
