Blackberry Smoke is my favorite new band (new to me anyway). I have been listening religiously the past couple of years, since I stumbled across them on KZread. Charlie and the band seem to be inspired by most of my favorites, whether it’s Bluegrass, Folk, Blues, Rock, Southern Rock, Country. And they also collaborate with a great spectrum of other artists - I believe that they could jam with just about anybody. Billy Strings is another one that fits that same profile. He is inspired by so much more than one genre, yet he also happens to be a Once-In-A-Lifetime Bluegrass Master. And now I have just been introduced to yet another very impressive musician, Michael Cleveland on fiddle and his awesome band. Great Job, guys! By the way, that broad open-mouth smile on Michael just screams “Enthusiasm!” 👍

Charlie should be a mentor to young musicians on how to be humble.
