Great plant. It doesn't have the red edema problem of the fiddle fig. It can branch off on its own; my main stem has 10 off branches. This banyan tree doesn't faint in 95 degrees weather.

How do you form the tree to look like that? Could u make a video how to notch it. How old is it?

It's in the Ficus Family, Check out our videos on Ficus Pruning. Although, when I prune them back, I say BONSAI for good luck. LOl
