Not to be a dick but I wish he would have explained step by step. I have 33 years in Verizon, going into splicing this week from the line gang and I'm definitely going to be using some videos to help me learn. We used to have access to thick binders full of standards of practice etc. For every tech job. No such thing anymore. You have to rely on the patience of who you are learning from.

i hate that ribboner, i use the AFL RT 02, no glue no mess
